Sweet spot to explore the city from
Pros:

The aesthetic is lovely. So pleasing to the eye. The location is fantastic too. Central enough but still not hectic.

Cons:

Everything was good, but the only recommendation is to have a better equipped kitchenette. A basic coffee machine vs the complex one, some tea bags etc - what anyone would expect of a place like this.

Beautiful accommodation for a wonderful Bilbao visit.
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious, well-equipped apartment with lovely garden view and outstanding staff. Parking was convenient and on-site. Excellent location for exploring Bilbao. Loved it.

Cons:

Bilbao’s streets are challenging to drive and hotel and carpark were a little hard to get to when unfamiliar with the city. Not the hotel’s fault, obviously, and once arrived and settled it was fantastic.

Oh, one thing, and I experienced it in other hotels in Spain also: the towel rails and cupboards with glasses and crockery were absurdly high. I’m average height and could not safely reach the plates at all. This is a challenge for an apartment that accommodates people who are self-catering for at least some of their meals (or who want to use their towels!).

Pros:

Het is een hele luxe studio met een goede airconditioning en een klein balkon. Alles was in nieuw staat. Er is een parkeergarage.

Cons:

Er is een parkeergarage maar deze is wel duur. Ik moest voor mijn hybride auto 35€ per dag betalen. Om met je buitenlandse auto te komen bij het appartement is lastig omdat er voor elke dag toestemming van de gemeente moet worden gevraagd via een speciale app. Na aanvraag komt de toestemming de volgende dag. Als je dit niet regeld heb je kans op een hoge boete. Het hotel regeld dit niet.

A perfect stay
Pros:

Perfect location, well equipped and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we were glad of the efficient aircon as it was a heatwave. An ideal place to stay for all the sights and shopping

Härligt boende med en jättefin park utanför samt bra frukostställe precis utanför.
Pros:

Rymligt och svalt rum. Bra standard.

Cons:

Fönstret vätte mot en liten trist innergård med en trist vägg mitt emot. När vi öppnade fönstret kom det in frityrdofter.
