Nice apartment and great location!
Pros:

Our apartment was very pretty with a nice view to the park across the street. The location is perfect. Next to the metro and walking distance from all the main sights. The receptionists are all very kind and helpful.

Pros:

Batimont ligt in het centrum van de stad, maar is desondanks rustig vanwege het parkje voor het gebouw. Alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand. Er is dag en nacht iemand bij de receptie aanwezig.

Cons:

De keukenapparatuur werkte wel, maar pas nadat het personeel ons de wat vreemde gebruiksaanwijzing had uitgelegd. Een simpel kaartje met deze tips zou een goed idee zijn.

Prima studio in de stad
Pros:

Comfortabele studio, midden in de stad met EV parkeer en laad mogelijkheid.

Cons:

Kookgelegenheid mag geen naam hebben. Twee pitten zonder afzuiging en oude pannen. Geen merkbare afzuiging jn de badkamer.

Todo genial!
Pros:

La ubicación ideal, en frente a una plaza hermosa. La habitación muy cómoda y linda. En la esquina hay un bar de 1903 que se llama Café Iruña muy lindo para desayunar o comer.

Si vuelvo ya tengo claro mi alojamiento
Pros:

Alojamiento excelente y ubicación fantástica.
Viajo muchísimo y puedo asegurar que es el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado teniendo en cuenta relación calidad/precio.
Desde la entrada que es preciosa al propio apartamento. Diseño precioso, moderno y acogedor al mismo tiempo, muy amplio y cómodo.
El mobiliario me encantó, los colores y el baño precioso con una ducha enorme. Hasta el secador es bueno, algo que puede parecer una tontería pero que cuando viajo siempre tengo problemas con los secadores que parecen de juguete.
El guardaequipaje también me gustó mucho ya que son taquillas individuales enormes con moneda lo cual evita que tus pertenencias estén al alcance de todo el mundo.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, un pequeño detalle, en recepción no hay baños que considero indispensable cuando ya has dejado la habitación y tienes que hacer tiempo hasta marcharte.

Uitstekende ligging. Zeer centraal. 10 min lopen naar Guggenheim

Cons:

Er was twee nachten veel geluidsoverlast van het aangrenzende complex. Hier hebben wij melding van gemaakt. De derde nacht was het niet meer het geval. Werd serieus aandacht aan besteed.

Fantastic location with beautiful decor!
Pros:

Location is great and the property is fantastic, clean and modern decor.

Cons:

Something minor but important at the same time, the day of my departure there was a general strike scheduled in Bilbao so the day before I asked at reception if the buses to the airport would be running the following day. They didn't even know that there was a strike and didn't offer to find out any info, I was just told to leave early and take a taxi. I think it was quite disappointing customer service for a property of this kind.

Comfortable, spacious and in a good location.
Pros:

Room is spacious and has everything one needs for a 3 night stay

Cons:

I would have liked the cleaning (dish washing etc) package to have been pointed out to me on arrival as I didn't find it until I asked someone the next morning
