El hotel en si es espectacular, las instalaciones y el jardin te hacen querer no salir del hotel.

Cons:

Acabo de regresar de un viaje extenso. Al llegar a la entrada del hotel, no encontré asistencia para descargar mi equipaje. Viajaba con un bebé de 7 meses, lo que dificultaba la manipulación de todo el equipaje. No observé personal disponible en la entrada para ayudarme a bajar las maletas del vehículo.

Pros:

A wonderful classy hotel with beautiful gardens , rooms tastefully done with elegant fabrics and furniture . The restaurant is top class with tasty food beautifully presented. A legacy from renowned chef Charlie Collins . Staff are friendly and service efficient . We have been travelling for 11 months now and this hotel is a stand out one and by far the best

La comida excelente( Cena) y la atención del personal. El desayuno regular , el café un poco más caliente y debe venir junto con el desayuno sino se enfria.
El estacionamiento para huespedes está chico, hubo que dejar el vehiculo en la calle.

En forma general muy bonito todo, me quedaria nuevamente en ese hotel

I ask for the old rooms that have a little terrace and when I arrive they put us in the new bulding second floor without terrace, the shower drain was clogged and the whole bathroom was with water all over the place, I call 3 times for shower soap since the one in the shower was empty and in the fourth call they refill and when we opened the closet was with cloth of another client that should have stay before. I been before here in this hotel and the experience was great but this time they have new rooms and think theyre not ready for to many people staying at the same time
