Didn't expect much but we were pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed the company of the locals.
Pros:

Didn't expect much, and while the room was basic the actual hotel was a blast. The food was good and the entertainment was great. It was a very diverse crowd, but everyone was mixing well. Only there for the night but enjoyed the memory.

Cons:

Probably the main issue was trying to find the reception area.

Cons:

When we first walked into room it smelled bad. My wife had to leave the room and was dry retching outsude. Contacted reception who did upgrade our room at no cost to us but not a nice experience.
We were due to stay here again on our return trip but did cancel that booking

Safe and comfortable stay
Pros:

A safe, clean and comfortable place to overnight in Halls Creek. The bar and restaurant attached were great too.

Cons:

By our doing we arrived just after 6pm - closing time for reception. It was dark and difficult to get our bearings for where to go.

Very happy with our stay

Room was a good size and security was good

Cons:

A group of other residents sat outside our room and drank and smoked and were loud. It quietened down by 10pm but was not good for a sound nights sleep after a long day driving.

Lovely room, good bar/ restaurant
Pros:

Our second stay here on a road trip. The room is spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the bar and the food
