When we went to this place, they said the room was booked. We went with a small child. We were really disappointed at that time. We had a hard time finding a place to stay after that. Even though we had booked through Booking, they said we were given a room.

Kindness of the owner and staff, really caring, he does go beyond his limits to keep your stay comfortable. Laundry service and food is available at the property. Ample parking and don't need advance reservation for parking. Well maintained and very clean. Easy to access to the haputale city and all the touristic attractions. Will definitely visit again ☺️ 😊 🙂

they were confirmed my booking but when i arrived there is no rooms. ill not recommend this hotel

I booked two rooms on that day, but when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel management said that there were no rooms available. its a bad experience. don't choose this hotel.
