All in all, really great.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Extremely friendly and eager to please. The food was delicious.

Cons:

The area does not look great, but I was guaranteed it was safe, it was myself (60 year old female) and my 10 year old granddaughter. It was safe! We didn't have any disturbances and we did not feel in the least bit nervous. The noise from the surrounding parties was a bit much, however in our room you couldn't hear it so badly.

Pros:

The staff working there were so useful, I got to check in after midnight but they were really useful. The manager I forgot his name but Indian race, what a good guy! Such a grateful man who cares about his clients.

I am extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled.

We arrived at the property at approximately 18:30 on 28/02/2026, only to be informed upon arrival that the hotel was fully booked due to overbooking. At no point prior to our arrival were we notified of this, despite having a confirmed reservation and full payment already deducted.

As a result, we were left stranded without accommodation and waited at the property for approximately three hours seeking assistance. No proper alternative was arranged for us at the time. We were then forced to look for alternative accommodation late at night while my partner was travelling from far to meet me. This caused significant inconvenience, stress, disruption, and financial strain.

In addition, we incurred transport costs travelling to the hotel for nothing. We also incurred additional transport costs leaving to secure last-minute accommodation elsewhere. We were placed in a financially compromising position because our funds had already been deducted.

The hotel subsequently confirmed in writing via the Booking.com platform that:
• They were overbooked.
• They would provide a complete refund.

I have provided screenshots of this communication as evidence.

It has now been three days without any meaningful update or confirmation regarding the refund process. The continued delay and lack of proactive communication are unacceptable.

Furthermore, suggesting alternative accommodation while our funds remain deducted is unreasonable. We should not be expected to secure and pay for alternative accommodation while our original booking payment is being withheld. This placed us in an unfair position.

I require the following urgently:
1. Written confirmation that Booking.com has formally contacted the property and received refund authorisation.
2. Immediate processing of the full refund.
3. A clear timeframe (specific date) for when the funds will reflect in our account.

Bitter sweet 😄
Pros:

Great establishment to stay in.
Comfortable extra large bed, nice showers.
Beautiful design.
Staff was very helpful 🫡

Cons:

The street entrance road is shady and dirty, not nice at night.
You don’t get a key for your room, I mean come on guys?!
They used a master key for all rooms, so you have to be accompanied by them every time you get back to your room to open for you. That sucked.
