We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and hope to visit again.

Belle découverte, emplacement stratégique
Pros:

L’accueil du début à la fin. Mention spéciale pour Marouane le bagagiste. Anas du bar a eu une attention particulière pour mon anniversaire, ce fût très agréable !
Le petit déjeuner est complet, l’établissement est très propre. Tout le personnel est adorable !
L’emplacement est parfait, je reviendrai en famille, c’est un cadre respectueux. Bravo

Terrible view after paying for suite

Cons:

We paid for a suite with a view, on check in the guys on reception said I'm given you an upgrade to a suite ( we had paid for a suite) with a sea view, when we got to room it was a view of carpark

Hotel agradável, confortável e tranquilo. Muito limpo.
Quarto espaçoso com varanda e vista de mar. Serviço de quarto impecável.
Funcionários muito simpáticos e atentos, sempre com um sorriso.
Apesar da hora tardia do vôo, sem nenhuma dificuldade em fazer late check-in.
A 10 minutos a pé da praia, restaurantes e comércio.
Em frente ao Palácio Real.
Excelente e variado pequeno-almoço, com destaque para as senhoras que preparam as omeletes.
Piscina agradável.

Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas la habitación estaba un poco sucia , suelo lleno de polvo , y el baño con machurrones . No se debe permitir eso en un hotel 5 estrellas !

Relativ neues Hotel mit schöner Poolanlage und Strandnähe. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt - es liegt gegenüber vom Palast. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Das gesamte Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich, vor allem der Concierge Briham. Morgens gibt es ein sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen war sehr gut, jedoch nicht ganz günstig. Es gibt einen Minimarkt im Hotel für Getränke und Snacks, die relativ preiswert waren.

Cons:

Leider ist die Internetverbindung des WLANs sehr bescheiden, was bei einer Hotelanlage in der man sich selbst mehr aufhält wirklich nervt.
Der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt. Je nach Temperatur dann doch etwas frisch.
