Bra familjehotell för några dagar eller en vecka.
Pros:

Stort luftigt hotell med bra frukost och fin pool. Bra luftkonditionering. Mycket bra gym.

Cons:

Hårda sängar. Saknades alltid något efter städningen. Handdukar. Kaffe eller inte tömt sopor. Frukosten var fin men det fanns inte tillräckligt med bestick, glas och koppar. Hotellet serverar ingen alkohol. Bra om man vet vid bokning. Finns ingen frisör eller spa på hotellet men det ser det ut som det gör när man bokar.

Great gym, nice pool, wide variety of breakfast, comfortable beds, handy mini market in the building

Cons:

Some of the services are poor. I used the laundry service twice and while I paid 90mad for 8 shirts, 3 shorts and some underwear, the next time they charged me 250mad for 2 pants. They offer hammam & massage service at an outside partner, as they don’t have it in house. The massage was great, but the hammam was poor quality having no steam bath at all. There are no balls available at the table-tennis while the billiard tables are worn and bad conditions

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere. A special thanks to Ibtissam and El Hassan at the reception for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. They were always helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Their excellent service truly made a difference. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un magnifique séjour au Dominium Palace Agadir !
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce superbe établissement, où tout est réuni pour se sentir bien : un cadre magnifique, une grande propreté, un service de qualité et un personnel accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Toute l’équipe fait preuve d’une grande serviabilité et d’un véritable sens de l’hospitalité, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable.
Je tiens toutefois à adresser une mention toute particulière au directeur de l’hôtel, que je remercie sincèrement pour son écoute, sa compréhension et son grand professionnalisme. Nous étions initialement dans une chambre communicante avec une famille nombreuse, et le bruit était malheureusement assez gênant pour moi. Le directeur a su entendre notre demande et nous proposer une autre chambre au quatrième étage, avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de réactivité.
Cette attention, qui peut sembler simple, témoigne en réalité d’un véritable souci du bien-être des clients. Il est rare et précieux de rencontrer une direction aussi attentive, humaine et soucieuse de la satisfaction de ses hôtes. Un grand merci à lui pour avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Bravo également à l’ensemble du personnel pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et sa disponibilité au quotidien.
Le Dominium Palace est un très bel hôtel que je recommande avec grand plaisir, tant pour la qualité de ses prestations que pour le sens de l’accueil de ses équipes.
Merci à toute l’équipe et tout particulièrement à son directeur pour cette belle expérience humaine et hôtelière. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir ! 🌟
