Modern, luxury hotel but the staff ... need to improve a lot

Spaciuos room, good breakfast, modern hotel

Cons:

Staff is the biggest problem of this hotel ... Firstly, after 20 minutes waitng at the reception we went to our room (staff is very lazy), boy just show us the way but didn't help with the luggage (nobody never helped with a lugagge to other guests from our group). There was another guest in the room!, so went back to the reception to get another one.
Next day they get towels from our room, but nobody put the new onwes. At 18.20 lady asked to clean the room.... but didn't know about missing towels (I called 3 times to the reception).
Towels at pool are old and seems to be used for many years.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Fussläufig waren einige gute Lokale zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Hygiene ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer waren sehr schlecht isoliert, so dass man die Bewohner im Nebenzimmern und auf dem Flur gehört hat. Für eine Nacht auf Durchreise in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet.

C’est un hôtel qui ne devrait pas avoir quatre ou cinq étoiles, à cause de la pauvreté, de son service et de ses aménage
Pros:

C’est pas un hôtel, c’est un labyrinthe. Il faut comprendre que on est perdu dans les étages.
Il faut savoir que si on va prendre le petit déjeuner et on veut une petite cuillère pour le café et le sucre on vous donne une cuillère en plastique

Cons:

C’est un Hotel qui oblige ses clients à pratiquer les règles de la charia quelque soit leur religion. C’est un Hotel au niveau de service très décevant par exemple dans une chambre supérieure il n’y a même pas un verre ou servir de l’eau.

Pros:

Le personnel très accueillant et serviable

Cons:

Les chambres trop simples pas dignes d’un 5 étoiles, le restaurant pour petit déjeuner trop sombre , le late checkout payant. Pour descendre au 2em étage il prendre l’ascenseur du fond du couloir du 3em étage, pas d’ascenseur direct de la réception vers les étages.

Nouhaila at reception was really informative and really looked after us. She was great and made our whole stay very pleasant. Would definitely come again to stay. Nouhaila is a gem

L accueil
Le personnel toujours souriant et disponible.pas de fausses notes en général.
La propreté toujours au rendez-vous.

Cons:

Remettre les menus du room service présent dans les chambres à jour concernant les prix.j avoue que j' ai été très surprise par le prix lors d' une commande room service.difference importante entre le prix affiché sur la carte et le prix réel que j' ai du payer.
