Have limited expectations - fine for friends, drunk lads night out!
Pros:

The location is good and it's quiet, surprisingly quiet on the back other than inconsiderate guests. They've sortees the kettle situation out. The staff checking us in was a nice bloke, didn't see anyone else after that - it literally is left alone! Carpets are nice and soft / new, air con in room - but very noisy. WiFi was good. Shower really good and modern bathroom, the most is made of limited space. Good price.

Cons:

Grice blinds let in too much light to room, beds far too hard, not the cleanest - old toiletries left behind, blood stain on pillow case and stains on carpet. Tv still didn't work. 3 pillows in my room, friend had 5! Crap phone signal but WiFi worked well. Branding crisis, different names on different areas of the hotel. Too many handwritten notices. Hardly any staff around. No bar, no food, ridiculous door locks that dont really work. All in all there's not much progress from 2024, but it could be amazing!

Friendly, really good value, great location.
Pros:

The manager was friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a good stay. The location was great for Winter Gardens, and other Blackpool attractions - all within a few minutes walk. It was clean and the bathroom and furniture all looked brand new. The shower was amazing! Limited parking outside the hotel, but there was a car park within walking distance.

Cons:

The TV didn't work, only a minor issue but it would have been nice to have that available. The mattresses were very hard, and I anticipated they would be uncomfortable, but I had a good night's sleep regardless.

Nice place and friendly staff
Pros:

Very nice place we've stayed here twice before good big rooms nice bathrooms very clean , the host is very pleasant and polite he carnt do enough to help you .

Cons:

Bed was little hard this time but still wouldn't stop us from staying again

Pros:

The staff that welcomed us was very polite the room and beds was good sizes and the bathroom was very clean good affordable price in a good location literally 4 minutes to the beach and centre

Cons:

Was a bit hard with the pram because I was on the top and I didn't feel comfortable leaving it down stairs and the floor wasn't hoovered other than that I was happy and so was my children

It was on the ground floor as we got moved from second floor due to my knee hurting
