Horrendous
Pros:

Nothing, does not look like any of the pictures. Paid parking for a non paid area but told had to pay. Parking was the other side of the hotel on a homeless back street.

Cons:

Will never be staying in this hotel again, the rooms were smelly (poo), the floor wasn't hoovered, dust everywhere. The bar was cans and cost alot for this, we didn't bother in the end. We did not get one minute of sleep, drunken people shouting and banging doors, people having sex outside the other bedroom door. Woke up and someone asleep outside our bedroom door. The staff did nothing for this during the night, when complained in the morning was advised that the manager room is on the same floor as us and did not hear anything (this is impossible to not hear).

Pros:

Staff were very friendly.On arrival the door wouldn’t lock but staff fixed it straight away.Beds were very comfy.Room was very clean.Bathroom very modern.Added bonus they had WiFi

Pros:

The location is great, it’s clean and they had good pillows

Cons:

This hotel is advertised with parking which is the reason I chose this hotel and when I arrived i was told there is no parking. So had to pay additional for parking else where and walk to the hotel which was not convenient.

Although the hotel was clean it did have a wierd smell like old peoples homes.

4.30am the fire alarm startled me awake but soon went off again so unsure what happened there but it was not ideal

The room smelt disgusting and bed was as hard as rock, came back late after a couple drinks and the guy behind the desk tried telling me i needed to pay a deposit for the key, which i was given earlier in the day when we checked in and no deposit was mentioned...deposit only mentioned when i was drunk he told me he wanted cash i said i didnt have any cash on me so he said "bank transfer me then" which i refused so he took me to my room, let me in and took the key from me🤣 ...obviously trying to scam me thinking i was drunker than i was so avoid this hotel at all costs. Scam artists would not trust them again.

Budget friendly, pleasant stay.
Pros:

How the staff member alongside the front desk went above and beyond helping with parking, the rooms were clean , the location was good

Cons:

Bathroom could of been a little more cleaner the shower had water stains , stainless steel needed polishing , just small details really the hallway carpet is looking tiered and worn , outside furniture needs replacing
