Prima overnachting op de weg naar zweden, maar je kunt hier ook prima enkele dagen fijn verblijven
Pros:

Het hotel is welliswaar wat verouderd, maar heeft absoluut charme en is schoon.
Het ontbijt was heel verzorgd en lekker, en met zorg klaargezet

Cons:

Helaas was er een batterij leeg van de brandmelder, dus hoorden we de hele nacht een piepje.
Dat hebben we aangegeven, de beheerder vond het erg vervelend en zou het direct verhelpen
het is een gedeelde badkamer en toilet, maar er waren verder geen gasten dus dat was geen bezwaar.
Alles was netjes en schoon

Mere vandrehjem end hotel
Pros:

Morgenmaden var vældig god. Fint udvalg af juice, yoghurt og brød.

Cons:

Sengene og værelset var absolut ikke tilfredsstillende. ikke dobbeltsenge, men 2 senge i forlængelse af hinanden med så lavt til loftet, at man ikke kunne sidde op. Desuden syntes vi, at der trænger til en renovering. Der lugtede af gammel snavs og tobak. Men receptionisten forklarede, at vi kunne have fået et bedre værelse, hvis vi havde klaget.

A warm, personal stay with a homely atmosphere
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vaabensted. It has an almost homely atmosphere rather than the impersonal feel of a commercial hotel chain, and the direct human contact is much appreciated.

The gentleman at reception, who may also be the owner, was very calm and friendly. He was happy to engage in conversation beyond the mere exchange of practical information, which made the stay feel particularly personal.

The hotel also has an upright piano, which is a wonderful feature for pianists like me (https://open.spotify.com/artist/0sr00YxbHKRAruzYrJ6PEg). I felt very comfortable in the room, the internet worked well, and the breakfast was generous. By current standards, it is also reasonably priced, although breakfast is charged separately.

There is also a small kitchen available around the clock, with a microwave, a small oven (curiously, no stovetop), and a kettle. And, as a special highlight for children, there was even hot chocolate.

We stayed for two nights, but personally I could easily have stayed longer.

Behind the hotel there is a small field where I could play ball with my son, as well as a trampoline and swings, which made the place particularly enjoyable for families.

A beach with pleasantly warm water is only a few minutes away by car. The water there was noticeably warmer than at some other places in Denmark.

A very pleasant, personal place to stay. We would be happy to come back.

Cons:

It might be a little on the expensive side, but we were travelling in the summer, when prices tend to be higher anyway.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfy, the location was quiet. I sat for half an hour in the bar chatting with the owner, a lovely man. A good cheap hotel only a 20 drive from the ferry. I will stay here again

Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und würde wieder da übernachten sogar länger

Herzig eingerichtetes altes Haus, spezielle alte Treppe, alte Dekostücke, Kinderschloss aus Ziegel…
Die Sanitäranlagen im Gang haben nicht gestört. Deiner Nesspresso zur gratis Benutzung beim Aufenthaltsraum. Netter, sympathischer, ich vermute Hotelbesitzer

Siisti vanha majatalo
Pros:

Saimme erityisen ison perhehuoneen, joka oli kalustettu 1800-luvun tyyliin. Meillä oli omat aamupalatarpeet mukanamme, ja pieni yhteiskeittiönurkkaus oli toimiva. Yhteiskäytössä olleet kylpyhuoneet olivat siistit ja toimivat. Sijainti oli hyvä, autolla erittäin helppo löytää isolta tieltä.

Cons:

Koska olimme vanhassa majatalossa, huoneesta löytyi muutama hämähäkki.
