Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.

Renovation work of the pool will be carried out from 22nd April 2025 to 15th June 2025. Another pool 5 minutes away from the property can be arranged upon request at the front desk.

Pros:

La struttura dell'albergo. Coloniale con quel gusto retrò. Sembrava di rivivere in un'altra epoca. Arredato con gusto. Colazione molto buona e ristorante top!

Cons:

Nella spa non ci sono massaggiatori uomini nonostante ti chiedano nel format da compilare se preferisce un massaggiatore maschile o femminile.

Pros:

The best place to stay if you are looking to get away from the busy city centre. Very nicely positioned on the hills.

Cons:

Just a suggestion: more staff in the evening to cope with large group of dinner guest and more tables for beautiful outside area would further enhance the experience.

It was a taste of luxury for us.
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help eg Pandian, Silpa, Puja and Diwa as well as many others. They were outstanding.

It was very relaxing with beautiful views of the city. The staff were very helpful, especially the chamber staff and Evin at reception. The food was very good. The room was immaculate. The massage at the spa was very good.
