Great Stay
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The host was incredibly accommodating, kind, and responsive throughout my visit. They went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Все было отлично. Хозяин подошел со знанием дела к номерам. Есть чайник, микроволновка и холодильник.

Soggiorno fuori dal centro con giardino
Pros:

🌑La stanza è moderna e il letto era molto comodo
🌑Sicuramente in altre circostanze si può godere del bel giardino e della piscinetta.
🌑Il luogo era silenzioso.

Cons:

🌑Arrivati puntuali all'ora del check in - lo staff ci ha fatto aspettare fuori nel giardino con le valigie per 1 ora e un quarto perché ci è stato detto che la stanza doveva essere ancora pulita e preparata.
🌑Volevamo usufruire della piscina, tuttavia nel frattempo hanno dovuto pulirla mentre il giorno successivo si è svolto un matrimonio nel giardino.
🌑La zona è molto isolata e non c'è granché da vedere. Bisogna sapere che si è completamente fuori dal centro città.

Leider nachts zu laut
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und auch von der Größe super , auch der Besitzer freundlich. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Die Lautstärke in der Nacht. Von meinen 2 Nächten konnte ich beide nicht durchschlafen. Es war in der ersten bis 0 Uhr und in der zweiten bis 5 Uhr etwas zu hören. Mal klang es nach einem Fernseher mal wie die Musik in einer Tierdoku. Für mich ist die Erholung in der Nacht der wichtigste Punkt an einer Unterkunft und der war leider nicht gegeben.

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Outstanding value for money and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan.
