Leider nachts zu laut
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und auch von der Größe super , auch der Besitzer freundlich. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Die Lautstärke in der Nacht. Von meinen 2 Nächten konnte ich beide nicht durchschlafen. Es war in der ersten bis 0 Uhr und in der zweiten bis 5 Uhr etwas zu hören. Mal klang es nach einem Fernseher mal wie die Musik in einer Tierdoku. Für mich ist die Erholung in der Nacht der wichtigste Punkt an einer Unterkunft und der war leider nicht gegeben.

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Outstanding value for money and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan.

Номер соответствует описанию, уютный внутренний двор.

Cons:

Необходимо разобраться с сантнхникой. Горячее водоснабжение осуществляется с помощью бойлера, он висит в ящике над унитазом. В связи с его неисправностью, его мощность выкручена только наполовину, если увеличить ее, то из бойлера течёт. А на этой мощности, при включенной только гвс, идет тонкая струйка, под которой можно только размазать по себе пот и то замерзнешь. Это было очень некомфортно. Причем насколько я поняла, эта проблема не только в номере, где проживали мы.
