El entorno
El spa tendría que modernizarse
La cama muy cómodas la habitación muy grande hemos estado muy agusto.

L'entorn es preciós. L'hotel acollidor i molt ben conservat. Tot molt net i cuida't. La part de serveis del centre termal perfecte
Hem estat molt bé.
El menjar és just. L'esmorzar es pobre en varietat i qualitat, sobretot en la part de dolç. El cafè no és massa bo. La qualitat del menú es justa. Crec que pot millorar molt.
El lugar es idílico para hacer rutas de montaña. Tiene unas piscinas termales muy agradables. El personal muy amable en todo momento.
El restaurante es un poco caro. Deberían tener alguna zona del hotel únicamente para perros ya que la gente los deja en la habitación y se les escucha llorar/ladrar. En nuestro caso desperto a toda la planta a las 8:30 la culpa en este caso de los maravillosos dueños de los animales. Pero si quizás el hotel podría habilitar una zona para este tipo de huespedes para minimizar el impacto.

Aceptan mascotas pagando 30€ / noche, pero en ningún momento se indica en la web que no podemos comer ni desayunar en la terraza en compañía de dicha mascota ( metida en su transportín )
El entorno, paisaje espectacular.

Que no entre el circuito-spa en el precio.
Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas faltan detalles, por ejemplo en el lavabo no había ni una cremita, etc.
La localización y sus aguas termales a parte del personal muy amable.
Que las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, a mi cabecero de la habitación 121 le faltaba un trozo y esto me ha pasado en más ocasiones en otras habitaciones. Creo que el lugar es idílico pero necesita una reforma integral y el spa hace más de 8 años que no funciona la máquina de hielo para hacer los contrastes bitermicos. Hablamos de aguas termales y de aprovechar sus propiedades y falta mantenimiento al spa y al hotel completo. Y no es culpa de los trabajadores que aman su trabajo pues muchos llevan muchos años pero no se está haciendo una inyección de dinero para darle el lustre necesario de lo que es el lugar.
