Excellent Value, High Standard of Cleanliness, Great Staff!
Pros:

Friendly staff, great food, clean throughout, easy parking and Rock'n Roads are a superb live rock and pop band.

Cons:

Blind missing from one window in the bedroom, but not a big deal.

totally functional, neede two nights only
Pros:

noisy run down establishment, needs a good coat of paint and a tradesmen, plumber etc to go through the place but you get what you pay for. cheap

bugs in the room, u disclosed location above a pub, no aircon and no fly screen meant the room temp was 32 degrees at 10pm, half eaten pizza in the fridge, terrible condition with shoddy wiring, no light fixture covers and all around filthy

Good comfy stay
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable and sheets were clean and fresh. Comfy pillows (i didn't need mine this time as these were good)
The room was spacious.
I was close to the shared bathroom.
The cleaner (Sarah) was lovely.
There is a big ceiling fan.
Basin in the room. TV worked, a jug for a cuppa.
It was "quiet" of a night to sleep.

Car park is out the back of the Hotel, it's not secured but cameras everywhere, so i felt ok leaving my car.
IGA right next door.

Cons:

No a/c however they are putting them in the rooms.
The portable a/c in there was a bit noisy and leaked water on the carpet but sort of did the job as the windows could not be opened due to glass breakage. (I was ok with this, under the circumstances)
No blinds to block out light.

Needs some TLC but over all a nice place to stay.

Pros:

The location was perfect for my requirements. The hotel accommodation is dated but was clean and comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast, but the dinner was very nice. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Nice staff but we were not use to so much noise and a share bathroom
Pros:

The room was clean. Would probably better suit budget backpackers.

Cons:

The doors to rooms didn't close properly, so everyone all night keep slamming them to shut them. I didn't realise when I booked it was a shared bathroom. You couldn't close the main door only the shower door (typical basic latch door with plastic latch) and I did not feel comfortable with that at all.
