We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly, great location and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The receptionist who looked after us when we arrived was great. Food was lovely, beds comfortable, couldn’t understand how to turn the air conditioning unit to cold so room was very hot. Very clean. Breakfast was very nice

Vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend ontbijt en heerlijk diner. Klein maar leuk stadje met goede verbindingen om vandaaruit Cornwall verder te verkennen. Zeker vooor herhaling vatbaar.

Was in two minds but honestly exceeded my expectations. From moment to arrival till the end could not fault the place. Staff welcoming...single room clean bathroom huge all needs met. Breakfast...had what I requested quick service..met my individual need with no hesitation ie oat milk and how I wanted my breakfast. The restaurant in evening was superb 3 course meal...wow..absolutely divine. All staff welcoming efficient and friendly. It had car park and also hotel was in fab location and just a short walk to town and bodmin jail. I wish I could of stayed longer.

It was tired and reminded me of Fawlty Towers.
Convenient location with parking and the food in the restaurant was very tasty. Staff were very polite and accommodating.
The room was very hot but the weather was pretty extreme when we stayed there.
