Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, soprattutto grazie all’aiuto e alla disponibilità di Emir.
Pros:

Emir è una persona genuinamente gentile, attenta e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. La comunicazione con lui è stata facile, chiara e professionale, e fa davvero del suo meglio per far sentire gli ospiti benvenuti e supportati. La posizione è buona, vicino al Grand Bazaar e a Sultanahmet.

Recomendable y fiable
Pros:

La amabilidad y el trato de Emir. Me ayudó con el taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa.

Cons:

La zona tenía obras y algunos ruidos en los alrededores. De todas formas no demasiado molesto.

A special mention to Emir that is an incredible host managing the place perfectly.
For the price the quality of the room, although small, was excellent.
I personnally was not anoyed by hostel noise and the windows reduce well the noise from the outside. However there was a special pipeline smell emanating from the bathroom. Maybe it was due to the construction beneath but was a bit disturbing hence the nine.
Overall the hostel completely met my expectations and would recommend it due to its excellent location, really outstanding manager and excellent value for money.

Pros:

El personal es muy atento a los clientes , Siempre recibí un trato excelente y con gran amabilidad. Era fácil de llegar andando hasta los museos y la área comercial de Fatih. El hotel es muy silencioso y cómodo para dormir . Muy seguro porque el personal siempre está atento a la entrada .

Enge Zimmer, schlechter Ausblick, Duschen defekt, kein Warmwasser, Frühstück OK
Pros:

Frühstück war OK, aber nichts besonderes. Ansonsten finde ich nichts was mir gefallen hat. Zwar wurde ich auf Wunsch von dem ursprünglichen Zimmer, welcher sehr sehr klein und eng war in ein größeres verlegt, aber auch dieser war klein und eng.

Cons:

Kapatstrophaler Aufenthalt. Zimmer war extrem eng. Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Kein Warmwasser, musste kalt duschen. Fenster mit Blick auf Betonwand. Rezeptionist hat Abends manchmal Hotel verlassen und dabei den Haupteingang abgeschlossen. Ein Hinausgehen war dann nicht mehr möglich. Wäre ein Feuer ausgebrochen, wären die Gäste im Hotel eingeschlossen gewesen. Im Großen und Ganzen eine herbe Enttäuschung, was nicht mal der günstige Preis rechtfertigt. Würde hier nie wieder in meinem Leben übernachten.

Hôtel non conforme à un 4 étoiles mais plutôt à un 2 étoiles, ce qui nous a amener à changer d hôtel. Chambre sale et non confortable. Pas d équipement comme indiqué bouilloire, et escalier très raides et étroit.

Estoy alucinado!! desde el momento de la llegada, Emir me recibió con los brazos abiertos, solucionó todos mis problemas durante el viaje, que decir de esta persona, gerente, recepcionista, cocinero, limpiador, realiza todas las funciones el solo, debería cobrar muchísimo mas por todo lo que hace y siempre con una sonrisa. Entiendan que si algún día les falta algo queridos clientes, las personas a veces pueden tener pequeños fallos, pero Emir, en menos de unos minutos te resuelve el problema, además de facilitar tu estadía en la ciudad y darte los mejores consejos. las habitaciones son muy cómodas, os recomiendo las suite, como español os digo a todos los españoles que equivale a un hostal en España de 4 Estrellas, merece la pena pagar un poco mas, apenas son unos euros de más y tienes muchísimo mas espacio. El desayuno que prepara Emir me encanta, es sano y te ayuda a empezar la mañana. Emir me ayudo con las excursiones, estaba atento en todo momento a mi. Viajé solo e hizo que estuviera cómodo y seguro. El hotel aunque parezca por fuera un barrio desolado, es un barrio tranquilo y seguro muchos sitios para comer, yo llegué de madrugada muchas veces y no pasa absolutamente nada. Ubicado a poca distancia de todas las atracciones muy fácil llegar. Emir te mereces todo lo bueno del mundo! Gracias
