Great hotel
Pros:

This hotel is great. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. You can already have breakfast at 7:00 am which is great for people who want to visit the castles. The hotel is completely free of cigarette smoke. A parking area is available. There is free WiFi available. The entire hotel is very quiet. There was a desk in my room. I can really recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no light over the desk.

Hotel je na krásném místě, ubytování bylo za příjemnou cenu. Jídlo v restauraci předražené.
Pros:

Dostali jsme pokoj s terasou, která měla nádherný výhled přímo na Neuschweinstein. Wellnes byl dostatečný. Dvě sauny. Bohužel vířivka je za poplatek.

Cons:

Jediné nemile překvapující byly ceny za jídlo v hotelu. Schnitzel za cca 30 euro je celkem dost na to, že to nebyl nic extra. A taky pro nás bylo překvapením, že o víkendu se všechny obchody v okolí zavírají cca ve 20:00. Podobně na tom byly restaurace.

Pros:

Tolles, sauberes Hotel in perfekter Lage zum Wandern, Sightseeing und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Schönes Frühstück mit ausreichender Auswahl. Erwähnen möchte ich, dass man für 1,50€ ein belegtes Brötchen vom Buffet mitnehmen kann. Diesen Service hab ich noch nirgends vorgefunden und finde ich super praktisch.
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und Gästeorientiert.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben das Wochenende in Schwangau genossen.

Das Hotel eignet sich gut für einen Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Sehr gut erreichbar, der Standort ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Aufzug im Hotel - das war für mich kein Problem- jedoch kann dies für Hotelgäste mit gewissen Einschränkungen eine Herausforderung darstellen.
