Pros:

It was cheap.

Cons:

No parking available at the property, I had to park on the street, and in the morning, the car's wiperblades have been raised as a sign that I shouldn't park there again.
I booked a room with a double size bed, the room I got was a single bed room.
The room was clean but extremely simple and old furnished, it could use a little renovation.
It was the smallest ever shower size curtain cabin in which I took a shower.

Excellent stay for budget travelling.
Pros:

It is in a nice area with great public transport links to the city centre, the facilities are great for what you pay.

Cons:

I’m not sure if it was my own incompetence or not but the first night we couldn’t get the hot water to work. However, it was very good every other night afterwards.

Ca e aproape de centrul Orașului

Cons:

Caditele de la duș înfundate . Pături mici și deloc confortabile. Ușile rupte nu se închid la
Baie . Miros urat . Cearceafurile murdare în unele camere .
Am închiriat 5 camere pentru un eveniment dar a fost dezamăgitor

Not the best location for a first time visitor
Pros:

Room is cozy and nice as shown in the pics. Self check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow even when I arrived after midnight. New fresh clean towels :)

Cons:

Personally, a big downside was the location, it wasn’t very convenient if you want to visit important sites in Bucharest, it’s not very central. I arrived after midnight and the property and street is not very illuminated, had to use my phone to figure out the way in. I saw no grocery stores or coffee shops nearby :(
There’s only a trasluscent curtain so it doesn’t feel very private.
