Pros:

Hotel in posizione centrale vicino a bus, ristoranti,bar,farmacia , tutto funziona in sincronismo nonostante la mancanza di presenza fisica sul posto, il tutto è perfettamente sincronizzato tramite codice comunicati in anticipo. . Il sig. Giuseppe è stato un eccellente risolutore di "disguidi " con interventi a distanza, garantendo con sicurezza la mia presenza come ospite. Il tutto rende la sensazione di "abitare" a casa, nella libera gestione.

Pros:

Collaboration with the hotel was amazing, staff were great. Room is clean and new. Quiet area

Cons:

Bring your own shampoo is better, they provide but not good quality. Building/elevator a bit old. A bit far from center around 30min walk

Me gusto la Ubicacion, Estaba cerca de las cosas de interes que tenia el centro de la Ciudad, Nos gusto mucho la ciudad, La cultura y los monumentos y no olvidar La buena comida que se disfruta en Italia,
Tambien nos gusto mucho la atencion de la Señora del Hotel, Muy atenta y amable por el Servicio que nos ofrecio durante la estancia en el Hotel,

Cons:

En la habitacion del Hotel por las noches, habia un ruido molestoso, como q se estaban duchando , o llenando un
deposito de agua , un ruido extraño y molestoso, por lo que no se podia dormir bien por las noches,

Расположение, инструкции, тишина в отеле.

Cons:

В номере не хватает немного мебели. Я была одна, поэтому одного стула мне хватило, но номер двухместный. Нет подставки под чемодан, место есть, под неё. Поэтому приходилось класть чемодан на кровать, что не очень комфортно.

Nobody to contact in person, very expensive

The bed was comfortable, quite area near Termini

Cons:

There are nobody at reception, the only possible communication is via wasap and booking.
It took me 20 minutes since the moment I was in front of the hotel door till I success entered the room, just waiting instructions.
I wanted to extend my extend in one day (Monday), and they pretended to charge my about 50% more expensive than the other days of the booking that were weekend days, obviously I chose a better choice in other hotel
