Best hotel with wonderful service
Pros:

The staffs are very kind and helpful especially Mr. Ibrohem, Ms. Sevirch and the gentleman who checked me out, he kept helping me till the last moment. I really recommend that hotel especially for families and couples.

Pros:

That it's next to a very good super market

Cons:

The property is new but not very well maintained or cleaned.
Breakfast was very poor. Hardly anything on display. Breads for stale.
They have a list of things (proper list) they will charge for any damage. Upon check out they keep you waiting with your passports to check the entire room and everywhere you have been in the hotel like a detective officer investigates a murder. And they find ways to charge you for things unnecessarily.
It makes you feel very shallow.
Staff is cooperative as long as you are ready to pay extra for everything.

The stay was excellent. All the stuff was very good. The food was also good. The hotel was close to the airport. While coming back I had to book flights from Samarquand so it was very easy.

Pros:

Nothing accept the gentleman at the front desk did help bring our luggage up and down as there are no lifts. Had a toilet douche attached to the shower cubicle which stretched over to the toilet
Breakfast was included but we didn’t go as we didn’t want to be further disappointed so checked out early.

Rooms were tiny and In the basement

Bed linen didn’t smell fresh
No kettle had to ask for one
Shower cubicle tiny little space for sink

Great value for money, really close to airport
Pros:

Clean and modern facilities, very close to the airport which was convenient

Cons:

My room didn’t have any windows which I wasn’t aware would be a possibility. It is also a solid 15-20 minute walk into the main area

Pros:

We liked the location. The hotel is very close to the big shop, also the a/c was nice.

Cons:

The staff is slow, dirty almost everything, and has a bad breakfast.

Pros:

Everything was so nice and good. The staffs are very good, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. There was a swimming pool and sauna available. Car parking facility good. Location good, very close to airport. Hotel located just with the main road. Probably the area is posh area. You can have a nice walk at evening. I will recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. My self if I make another trip to this country and same city then, obviously I'll stay in this hotel.☺️
