Ótimo conforto! Péssima limpeza...
Pros:

A primeira estada foi muito boa. Na segunda já caiu um pouco. Continuo gostando do conforto da cama e dos travesseiros.

Cons:

O que não gostei foi da negligência do pessoal da limpeza. Fiquei 3 dias e, mesmo pedindo para elas limparem, disseram que não tinha tempo pra fazer a limpeza. Nem ao menos trocaram as toalhas de banho (mesmo pedindo, é bom destacar isso).

Não gostei do espaço do café da manhã, não tinha onde sentar… E o estacionamento só pode usar das 18h às 8h, ou seja, durante o dia para estacionar tem que pagar

Quarto limpo e boa cama.

Cons:

A recepção é péssima em aplicar a ordem e silêncio no estabelecimento.
Ligam a TV em volume alto na recepção.
Outros hóspedes ficam rindo e falando alto nos corredores e eles nada fazem. E ainda acham ruim alguém reclamar do barulho.
Péssimo se vc precisa de descanso.

Do atendimento do atendente da noite, muito simpático, solícito, explica bem as coisas e corre atrás para resolver os problemas na hospedagem.
Café da manhã também e bom.

Cons:

Fiquei 7 dias no hotel, e pedi 3 vezes para limpar o quanto, até foram 1 vez, mais não possível devido motivos pessoais, mais o hotel não tem um planejamento de limpeza, o cliente precisa ficar pedindo, e também a encanação do vazo tinha tem cheiro forte, a cama e bem desconfortável.

Cons:

Poucas tomadas no quarto e nenhuma tomada próxima à cama. Fora isso, tudo ok.
