Pros:

la vicinanza alla spiaggia

Cons:

ombrellone e sdraio molto indietro rispetto al mare. Toglierei la siepe che divide dagli altri ombrelloni, tanto resterebbe comunque il recinto, perché arriverebbe più aria dal mare, invece così com'è adesso fa molto caldo lì dietro
