Pros:

I loved the stay . The owners helped in planning and executing a birthday celebration as well as doing most of the work themselves . They are really very humble and amazing . The staff is also amazing and i must say they are very well experienced at handling the customers . Very helpful i also forgot my headphones over at the room but the owner Mr. Taruneel was so kind that he texted me on whatsapp and he sent it back to me in pune .
Once in a blue moon only i have met such humble and humorous owners at hotels , as i am frequent traveller .
I cannot wait to go here again and meet them .

Pros:

I loved my stay here. The rooms were spacious and the view from their terrace is amazinggg 😍

It is located near all the hotspots, everything is in walking distance. The staff of the hotel were really welcoming . From the day of arrival till we left the hotel, they took really good care of us.

The hotel food is amazing especially their paranthas 😍

If you want to stay in the old city and experience the streets of Udaipur, this place is highly recommended.

Nice view from the terrace, good breakfast and very helpful host that go out of their way to help

Cons:

We booked a lake view room but did not get one! Had a very bad view or some building .
Also maybe a bit more space around in the room is helpful to keep your luggage and stuff, or a chair to sit. The room we stayed also dint have any wardrobe to keep your stuff which is not helpful

Worst experience, never expected this from Booking.com .

Cons:

Booking.com, your phone lines not responding. Please let me know , whether Navkesar Heritage is a government approved hotel ? Who in your esteemed organisation is responsible for verification of this hotel for tourists ? Was not willing to stay at the property, but was too tired finding & reaching the place . There is no approach , no signage, nobody knows the location. When somehow I managed to reach the old property inside the narrow lanes , it is not fit to stay ! Room has no chairs , no wardrobe , no service . I had to pay & want complete refund with compensation-Alok Mehrotra ( ID-4100698476)
