We had a really lovely stay at Amoraya Hotel & Resort, Udaipur. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for spending some relaxing time with family. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, friendly, and always happy to help.
We especially enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the overall feel of the resort. It felt like a nice little break from our usual routine. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again on our next visit to Udaipur.
This place is pathetic, location is very bad and this is a very shady and cheap place. Not at all safe. I had to leave and find another hotel

Very close to the old city, walking distance from almost every ghat and also the main jagdeesh temple. All bike rent facilities are also present nearby.
The staff are also helpful. Manish made us feel comfortable right from check-in to checkout. We had a good time chatting, and made sure all the guests felt comfortable, not just us.

Since it's more of a boutique haveli stay, it could look like it's tucked inside a lot of windy narrow corridors. Taxis don't reach there, so you might need the complimentary pickup they provide from chandpole parking. However this is the same for any haveli in the area so not really a problem.

All’arrivo non avevano registrato la nostra prenotazione da Booking.
La seconda stanza che ci hanno assegnato era discreta mentre la prima, che avrebbe dovuto essere un upgrade, non era all’altezza, soprattutto il bagno con tutti gli accessori rotti, in più per andare sul wc si doveva passare per un cunicolo battendo la testa…La colazione insufficiente come servizio e qualità.
Lo staff è stato molto gentile, anche se alcuni dei ragazzi non parlano bene inglese.
La colazione è molto buona e abbondante.
Le vibe e l’atmosfera della struttura sono molto diverse rispetto a quello che si percepisce dalle foto, la realtà purtroppo non ha quell’aspetto “luxury” che invece si vuole far percepire.
Non è che ci sia qualcosa che non va o di particolarmente negativo…è che le foto su booking sono talmente editate e fatte bene da far maturare un’aspettativa che poi viene fortemente delusa dalla realtà.
I liked the overall heritage , vintage haveli theme of property . It was truly a pleasant stay for me
I found room small , it could be more spacious irrespective of amenities and room type
I loved the stay . The owners helped in planning and executing a birthday celebration as well as doing most of the work themselves . They are really very humble and amazing . The staff is also amazing and i must say they are very well experienced at handling the customers . Very helpful i also forgot my headphones over at the room but the owner Mr. Taruneel was so kind that he texted me on whatsapp and he sent it back to me in pune .
Once in a blue moon only i have met such humble and humorous owners at hotels , as i am frequent traveller .
I cannot wait to go here again and meet them .

I loved my stay here. The rooms were spacious and the view from their terrace is amazinggg 😍
It is located near all the hotspots, everything is in walking distance. The staff of the hotel were really welcoming . From the day of arrival till we left the hotel, they took really good care of us.
The hotel food is amazing especially their paranthas 😍
If you want to stay in the old city and experience the streets of Udaipur, this place is highly recommended.

We booked a lake view room but did not get one! Had a very bad view or some building .
Also maybe a bit more space around in the room is helpful to keep your luggage and stuff, or a chair to sit. The room we stayed also dint have any wardrobe to keep your stuff which is not helpful

Booking.com, your phone lines not responding. Please let me know , whether Navkesar Heritage is a government approved hotel ? Who in your esteemed organisation is responsible for verification of this hotel for tourists ? Was not willing to stay at the property, but was too tired finding & reaching the place . There is no approach , no signage, nobody knows the location. When somehow I managed to reach the old property inside the narrow lanes , it is not fit to stay ! Room has no chairs , no wardrobe , no service . I had to pay & want complete refund with compensation-Alok Mehrotra ( ID-4100698476)
