Dont stay here!
Pros:

Location is ok.
Worst accommodation iv ever stayed at by far.
Hotel rooms are very dirty. Mouldy toilets. Carpets were all stained.
The reception only accepts cash and no credit card. So check in after a long flight and arriving late was difficult because currency exchanges are not open. Staff were helpful but hotel facility itself is rubbish. The hotel lifts are not secured. Anyone from the street can use the lift to get up to your level.
When we got to our room. There was hardly any toilet paper. The pillows were rock hard. When i requested extra pillows, they said there was a 100peso surcharge per pillow. Shower head didnt work in my parents room. The so called “deluxe room” is tiny. To top it off, they provide you with a sheet of paper stating all the surcharge costs of dirty linen or carpet. Wtf.
Disgusting hotel. Would not recommend!

Pros:

Excellent location neae the malls, restaurants and bars. Friendly staff, and contacted me later on the day I left to tell me I had left my headphones behind, So I was able to send a relarice to pick them up.

I love the Hotel but it needs improvement on the services they offer.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I asked for breakfast served with the earliest time coz I have a plane to catch but it was delivered an hour late. Coz they started delivering floor by floor. And I’m on the 9th floor. I called the front desk a couple of times if they can expedite the delivery but no luck. Also when I was checking in I have to pay cash even though I booked it online. It’s very inconvenient, glad I have some cash with me.
