Хорошее расположение дома. Вокруг сосны. До моря минуту ходьбы. Комнаты уютные, чистые. Есть место для барбекю. Хозяин Лука очень гостеприимный. Остались довольны.

Pine Aparthotel was beautiful, new, clean, with everything you need - bed, tv, little kitchen and private bathroom. The price is excellent for what you get!

Cons:

The surroundings weren't clean, and the beach was also dirty with a lot of trash on sand, but that doesn't have anything to do with the apartment, maybe it was because of the off-season, who knows. :)

Amazing place, really nice host and really great experience overall

Cons:

We have been here in none tourist time and the downside is there are almost none places open within walking distance, so you definitely need a car. But lack of people could be an advantage itself

Pros:

Отличное расположение - сам дом находится среди сосен, рядом с проходом на море. Очень чистое море, несмотря на несколько дней шторма перед нашим приездом. Знаменитый черный магнитый песчаный пляж.
В доме есть общая территория, типа гостиной и общая зона для отдыха на улице со столами и стульями. Три-четыре решётки для гриля и шампуры, можно мангалить (уголь нужен свой, не факт что там будет)
Номер оборудован почти всем, что нужно для долгосрочного пребывания - мини-кухня с холодильником, посуда, отличный санузел. Есть общая стиральная машина, но нам не понадобилось.
Персонал очень гостеприимный и вежливый, на любым вопросам всегда готовы помочь.

Мы были с собакой, рядом с домом живет парочка местных псов, но они очень дружелюбные и были заинтересованы разве что в еде, людям не докучали.

Отдельный кайф - в номере есть батареи, которые можно самим включить/отключить. С погодой никогда не угадаешь наверняка, а центральное отопление в таких домах редкость.

С удовольствием приедем еще!

Cons:

Не очень стабильное соединение wifi, а мобильный магти еле ловит, но кому это нужно в отпуске?))

Мы приехали не в сезон - на первую неделю апреля, без своего авто было бы тяжело: ближайший работающий продуктовый были в Поти или Кобулети. В основном ездили на рынок в Кобулети, в дороге это минут 15 наверное.
К проживанию это не имеет никакого отношения, но если едете не в сезон - будьте готовы!

Pros:

Понравилось всё!!! Номер отличный, все необходимое есть, достаточно просторный. Рядом есть супермаркет, кафе, пляж в 2 минутах, песчаный. Остались очень довольны, даже уезжать не хотелось.

Nice room close to the beach! It was clean and spacious

Cons:

Shower water was all over the bathroom - but it’s typical in Georgian hotels.
There was no tea bags etc - I would appreciate having these.
