Pros:

Понравилось всё!!! Номер отличный, все необходимое есть, достаточно просторный. Рядом есть супермаркет, кафе, пляж в 2 минутах, песчаный. Остались очень довольны, даже уезжать не хотелось.

Pros:

Nice room close to the beach! It was clean and spacious

Cons:

Shower water was all over the bathroom - but it’s typical in Georgian hotels.
There was no tea bags etc - I would appreciate having these.

Pros:

Хорошее местоположение, тихо,спокойно и до пляжа 50 метров напрямую. Хозяева гостеприимны и всегда на связи. Есть парковка перед домом

Cons:

Цена немного завышена.для этого номера.
Душ не отделен и постоянно надо сушить пол в ванной комнате. Полотенца старые и желтоватые.. Нет рабочего места. Все это решаемо и дало бы лучшее впечатление.от отдыха.

Влад очень приветлив, поможет в любом влпросе, проблеме что в его рассположении. Ухаживает за домом и прилегающей территорией с ответственностью.

Cons:

Хозяину нужно немного вложиться для цены-качества.Сама управляю несколькими обьектамии пишу с точки зрения опыта. Нет морозилки или общго холодильника с морозильной камерой.

Sehr gute Lage: ruhig und fast direkt am Strand. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht. Wladimir kümmert sich um das Haus und die Gäste, man fühlt sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns gut erholt. Danke.

Pros:

Хорошие апарты в тихом , даже "деревенском" месте, вокруг сосны. Оборудованная кухня и отличная терраса. Владимир всегда готов был помочь и ответить на вопросы. Рядом небольшой круглосуточный магазин, 2-3 места для ужина. До пляжа - 50 метров - можно взять шезлонги.

Calm place near the beach
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel. Spacious room, friendly manager. Location is perfect near the beach. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.
