Pros:

Excellent hospitality. Quality of food has been great and very cost effective

Cons:

The only improvement area is, you need to fix your issue with running hot water. The boarder should be able to access running hot water and normal water at the same time throughout the day and night.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast was good with good options.

Cons:

Just a suggestion. It would be nice if you can provide a basic Gym facility.
