Majority time we were in temple so the stay was good.
Pros:

The location was very convenient. APSRTC, Darshan Seva Kendra, Railway Station are located in around 600 meters.
The charge they are collecting is also very cheap.

Cons:

The toilet was not clean. I mean the facility looks like very old. Bed sheets were not clean. Water taps are not clean and not properly working.

Excellent Property ...But Bad Memories as Guests
Pros:

The Location. The Best . So close to all facilities. Very very happy to be at one of the Best Locations . Property looks grand . Has almost all advantages of a Prime Location Property . Worth the Money.

Cons:

The way we were treated. Very disappointing. We are Guests. But because there was no option to pay in advance , we were nearly treated as Beggars. Unfortunately the train arrived very late. We landed at 12.45. We had intimated that we would be arriving late ( By SMS ) . But still we were almost in the streets as some earlier guests by Booking.com had not turned up and the property owner was at a loss. But then we were made the scapegoats. They threatened that they would declare us as "No Show" Guests. We had to say multiple sorries to get accomodated. Never ever would like to get treated like this at any location. Bad Memories.

Pros:

I liked most of this property is that it is located near the tirupati railway station and the locality is good.
The room was clean but of course.not maintained properly.

Cons:

There is still scope for hygiene and cleanliness.The staff members need to be more polite & courteous.
The repairs & maintenance of the rooms need utmost attention.
Lot of rooms for improvement.

AC was not working for the second night. The towel that was given to me qualifies to be in the gutter only. Bathroom was having mis fitted settings. Altogether what I felt that this hotel is an old hotel which is not properly updated with the passage of time.

I didn't like the behavior of receptionists very ruid talking if i ask for my queries he is talking like scolding and staff
They always asking for tip eventhought not doing anything.
Charge for everything
Tv is not working, Celing Fan unhearble sounds,bathroom light not working,toilet flush not working Lot of problems in that residency,
They don't even care about the guest booking price show 579 per day I stayed Two nights
For that they charged me 2320 rupees not including any facilities.

Place is nearby Railway station and bus station and town.

No TV Channel recharged. No Geiser for Hot water all time. It will be provided on morning time only. Hot water for drinking not available.
