Great host. Incredible landscapes. A lovely place to stay.
Pros:

The location was great for having an amazing view of the mountains (when the days are sunny). The host is so kind and his hospitality was definitely warm. The room I had was cozy, it has a small balcony, from where I lost myself on watching the landscapes.

Cons:

Heating is not controlled from the inside of the room, so you need to ask the host in case it's too cold. He borrowed me a mobile heating system that worked perfectly. In the bathroom there was not air extraction system, then it was a bit annoying with smells or steam from the shower.

Отель с прекрасным видом на вершину Казбека. В отеле чистота и уют. Хозяин отеля очень гостеприимный и приятный мужчина! Мы планировали оказаться в отеле к полуночи, но из-за того, что на границе была большая пробка мы въехали на территорию Грузии только в 10 утра. Владелец отеля, понимая нашу ситацию, позволил нам задержаться в номере до шести вечера, чтобы отдохнуть и выспаться.

בעל המקום היה אדיב ושירותי ונענה לבקשות
נוף הקאזבגי
לובי מעוצב בטוב טעם.

ממה להתחיל? אולי בתיאום ציפיות?
המלון אינו 4 כוכבים כמו שמצויין, אין בו מתקנים חיוניים לשהייה ממושכת של 3 לילות, אין ניקיון יומי של החדרים (אלא כל 3 ימים) למרות שבהזמנה מצויין "משק יומי" אין אפשרות להזמין במלון ארוחת בקר או ערב גם לא בתשלום למרות שמצויין שכן.
התחושה היא שבעל המקום חוסך בהוצאות תפעול ומספר סיפורים...
אם נגמרו הסבונים או נייר הטואלט או אם רצית מגבת נקייה, או אם רצית לשים מוצרים במקרר אין בחדר אלא צריך לבקש לא נותנים כך סתם ואז ההרגשה שאתה נודניק. אין רוחב לב. אין מיזוג או חימום בחדרים. בחדר אין ארון או מגירות אלא ארונית קטנה בלבד שלא מספיקה לזוג. החדר הזוגי פצפון ואין מקום לפרוס את המזוודות בחדר. אין איפה לפרןש שכמיות רטובות או מעילים או להניח נעליים עם בוץ כשחוזרים מטיול. אין מקרר בחדר אין מראה. המזרון והכרית קשיחים ובלתי נוחים וגם זרם המים חלש ומעצבן. התלבטתי אם לא לתת ציון נמוך יותר אבל בכל זאת שקללתי עם מיקום ועיצוב יפה ללובי. ועוד דבר קטן שהפריע לי. באחד הערבים כשישבנו בלובי הגיעו תיירים חדשים. עבורם בעל המקום מזג צייסרים והציע להם. מאיתנו כשישבנו בסמוך התעלם. לא יפה ולא מכובד.
בשורה התחתונה לא - התשלום היה תשלום נאה ביחס לחלופות אחרות אך התמורה כשל אכסנייה פשוטה.
לסיכום מדובר במלון של 2 כוכבים פשוט וצנוע ללא ניקיון יומי, ללא אפשרות לארוחות, ללא אפשרות לאחסן מוצרים במקרר אלא אם תבקש ואז יעשו לך פרצוף, ללא אפשרות לפרןש מעילים רטובים. ללא אספקה של נייר טואלט או מוצרי היגיינה.
לא מותאם למטיילים. חבל.
מציינת את הדברים פה כי אם הייתי קוראת אותם הייתי לוקחת בחשבון את ההערכות ומחליטה האם זה מתאים לי.
מצרפת צילומי מסך של ההזמנה כשבפועל אין תמורה בניגוד למובטח.
