How Not to Treat Your Guests
Pros:

The location and decor were great, making you feel like you were at the very heart of old Bukhara.

Cons:

The staff were terrible, consistently rude and didn't accommodate even the most simple requests (eg. an extra blanket so two people didn't have to share one). The owner set a bad example for his staff, making us feel like we were not worth the most basic courtesy or welcome. He was also a sexist. I would avoid this property for the service and hospitality alone.
Additionally, the rooms, while decorated well, were extremely small.

Хорошее место расположение
Pros:

Красивый отель с отличным расположением в старом городе.
Если вызывать такси, то ближайшая точка к отелю “Amiran” - это «Nabibek Terrace» на улице Хакикат, 3. Находится примерно в 3х минутах ходьбы.
Отличный wi-fi, завтраки вкусные, везде чисто, персонал вежливый.

Cons:

Не очень большой номер, лестница в ванную комнату. И такси не доставит вас ко входу отеля, так как отель находится на пешеходной улице. Но это не существенные минусы.

Fantastic staff & wonderful location hotel
Pros:

Everything. Location was spot-on. Staff were very good. Manager Mr Emir went out of his way to fetch us from a far away spot which the driver from the train station dropped us (due to road closure). Later, when we were stuck at the train station again, he arranged for the car and driver to take us to Khiva. So very helpful. We had a beautiful room with a terrace to enjoy. Breakfast was good too.Glad we made a good choice of hotel in Bukhara!
