Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the exceptional reception staff, with their efficient, friendly, and accommodating man

It was very central and close to most tourist activities which was great because it was our first time in Seville

Cons:

It was hard to find at first, and the narrow streets prevented taxis or Uber from dropping us off at the front. Our room was very small, and on two mornings, breakfast items were gone by 9-9:30am, so we had to settle for leftovers. I was disappointed since breakfast was included in our booking.

Great building & location but not worthy of 4 stars
Pros:

It is a lovely well appointed building in a very central location in the old town, 5 mins from the Cathederal & Alcazar.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Cons:

We had a Privilege Room costing £370 a night and it was 4 star, however:
- the bathroom had very low water pressure - difficult to get wet in the shower
- aircon was difficult to control and was too cold
- there were no coffee making facilities or drinks in the minibar fridge which wasn’t working as the water in there was warmer than the room!
- the breakfast was poor to average with all of the coffees dispensed by a machine lukewarm at best. The hot food looked dry and as if it had been there for hours even at 8am.
Overall, it missed the mark on some key areas for a 4 star hotel. The hotel we stayed in before this one in Seville was far better overall.

Goed hotel perfecte plek

Locatie, personeel en ontbijt

Cons:

Alles was top! Er waren door instortgevaar veel afsluitingen waardoor het hotel wat lastig te bereiken was, maar persooneel probeerde dat te verlichten en vonden dit ook duidelijk vervelend. Kamers zijn wel wat gedateerd, dat maakt dat mijn score geen 10 is maar badkamer, douche, ontbijt het prachtige hotel verder zelf was allemaal fantastisch!
