Cons:

Top floor was extremely noisy as the roof is thatched and open to air in places, kitchen poorly stocked, no hot water in the bathroom sink

The hotel was picturesque but very basic and rustic and needs to be upgraded. Location is great.
Pros:

Location was great! Close to the beach and close to good restaurants.

Cons:

The sheets and towels were cheap and old. The bathroom needs to be updated…the faucet over the sink was just a pipe sticking out of the wall.

Great place but read other reviews before booking. I would stay again because I enjoy "different".
Pros:

Staff was VERY nice. This is a quirky place with a great location to walk everywhere. Too loud for most people.

Cons:

Location is both good a bad. It is VERY loud. The windows are open air style with shutters. The bathroom is in the "kitchen area" (literally the toilet is where you eat) and the "kitchen area" is a hot plate and dorm style refrigerator. There was a small bar stool and a table chair, but that is the only seating in the room. It is incredibly loud at night until about 2am unless you turn the fan on full blast, which made it cold in our room and there are no extra blankets, even upon request. The internet does not work in room. There is no safe which was concerning considering our door could be pushed open by with one finger. This is a VERY quirky hotel. I liked it but it was expensive for what you got. Many people would not enjoy the room we stayed in.

Felt very comfortable and taken care of.
Pros:

The design of this place is very unique, kind like a big treehouse on four floors. Tons of open space, places to gather with folks, many little charming touches. Each room unique, and old-time feel. Perfect location. Staff lovely.

Cons:

Cement trucks seem to take this route to the condo construction site. 🙁

Really cool local hotel with a lot of style & rustic charm.
Pros:

Really cool treehouse like design with great views, cool common areas, wonderful staff, central location.

Cons:

The central location does mean that it’s quite loud at night, but that seems to be the norm in San Pancho now.

Comfy, cozy, disfruta!!
Pros:

Great vibe, free coffee, hammocks and outdoor spaces to chill at. Really good restaurant in the bottom of the hotel. Massages and rooftop where massages happen were amazing!!

Cons:

There’s an 80’s bar that for whatever reason had a speaker aimed right into our room. I like 80’s as much as the next gal but after a couple nights it can grate on you
