It was a roof over our heads but disappointed compared to our other properties.
Pros:

Property was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Very small, tired, sparce space - not designed for 4 and not as photographs suggest.

Overnight stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and had everything needed for an overnight stay. Beds very comfy and the room was spacious and light. Luggage stored during day prior to check in and upon arrival the staff had moved it all into our room as well as hanging up our coats. Exceptional service.

沒辦法再給更高分了，這趟旅程住了三間其他間都是滿分，這間真的有被雷到，下次也不會再用booking訂房，完全聯絡不了住宿和客服

房間乾淨舒適，房間雖小五臟俱全

Cons:

算是被高分評價騙到了，以下針對1樓的房間。房東沒提前告知電燈會有突然熄掉的問題，大半夜熄掉重開好幾次都沒辦法，還以為鬧鬼，礙於這平台非常爛，從租房到結束都沒辦法聯絡房東，房東請我聯絡客服也一樣，這平台的訊息功能完全不讓我使用（其他很多使用者也有相同問題），所以到隔天晚上房東來才能直接反應，結果回覆只有「這燈經常這樣」，那為何不先說…….；第二，浴室非常小地板偏滑，熱水器極度難調水溫，出國這麼多次住過非常多地方，第一次碰到水溫這麼難調的，一下被燙到一下超冰；第三，電視只有日本頻道喔，這趟旅行住的其他地方更便宜還有netflix,yt等可以看；最後，一樓隔音是真的差，住戶上下樓梯常常用跑的，還有人晚上敲錯門敲很久…，房間是大門（沒有門鎖）直接打開後就能看到，安全方面就自己斟酌囉。這些評論都是針對一樓的房間，這棟樓沒有電梯，要住的人請三思，地點不是特別好離車站要走一段距離，在每天走10公里以上的路最後都直接叫計程車回家，旁邊也沒什麼吃的，建議住車站旁邊會更好。

Pros:

The staff is very helpful. He help carry our four heavy luggages up and down. The House is clean and the space is enough for family of four (2 teenagers)

Cons:

The location is quite far from the train station. Especially when you need to walk through the cold weather. There are not a lot of restaurants or stores for shopping.

快適に過ごせました
Pros:

ベッドが清潔で快適に過ごせた。駅からもちかく、上野へも歩いていける距離。周囲しずかで快適に過ごせた。
ベッドルームと食事をする場所が階段で離れていたので、まだ起きている人と寝ている人で分かれて過ごせた。

Cons:

事前に確認したが、チェックイン一時間前に行った時誰もいなくて荷物が預けられなかったこと。チェックインの時間にいったがまだ清掃が終わっていなくて別の場所で時間を潰したこと。
トイレの扉が少し変わった形で固く、子供一人で使用できず大人が開けなければいけなかった。
