Amazing stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Upon my visit, I thought the property and location was the best. But with time, what attracted me the most was the staff behaviour towards all of us. They kept coming asking if we needed anything and provided everything we have asked for with politeness.
I highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone who plans for a peaceful and happy stay with their family ones.

Cons:

Nothing as such. Location, staff, food, rooms, etc. everything was excellent. They even gave us the option for taxi hire to roam around.

Pros:

I recently stayed at this beautiful cottage in bir, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property is located so close to the paragliding landing site — you can actually watch the colorful paragliders gliding gracefully across the sky all day — yet it remains incredibly peaceful and quiet.

The view from the cottage is absolutely breathtaking and open skies stretching as far as the eye can see. The cottage itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed, with warm wooden interiors and all modern comforts.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and made us feel right at home. The meals, especially the local Himachali dishes, were delicious. It’s the perfect blend of adventure and serenity — close to the activity hub, yet tucked away in nature. I’d love to return soon!

Cons:

Special mention to Narender, who is an excellent server — polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Also, a big thank you to the chef, who cooked us such delicious, homely meals throughout our stay. The food was fresh, flavorful, and comforting after a long day of exploring.

Cottages are centrally located in walking distance to.almost all famous cafes and paragliding activities.
Most importantly property was neat and clean since property is newly developed. Hopefully administration will continue the good work

Food was also decent and service was also very humble and up to the marks

Overall I had a very Comfortable and enjoying trip.

Recommendation sunrise and sunset views from property not to be missed

Also I felt property worth every penny means cost wise also it's not over priced

We were delighted to discover this property. Our stay was exceptional, with helpful and courteous staff. The location, very close to the landing site, offered a fantastic sunset view, and there were plenty of nearby cafes for alternative dining options. Additionally, the food at the property itself was excellent. We will definitely be booking this place for our next trip to Bir.

Lovely experience.
Pros:

Loved the hospitality of the staff, each staff member, including the owner Mr Malhotra, was committed to make the stay comfortable. This is a new property so rooms and all the amenities were brand new.
The location of the property was also lovely, right below the landing site, so you will get a beautiful view of the sunset.
Overall, will recommend this place.
