it was absolutely horrible. the bathroom stunk and when I told the night manager, he did nothing, but turned on the air. He laughed when I said I would need to change rooms if this continued. In the morning, he said he was the night manager and to contact the manager and when I did, it got bumped back.

Pros:

Posizione super strategica (a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dei vaporetti e a 7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia), possibilità di lunghe passeggiate e giri in bici, comodo sia a Venezia città sia alla spiaggia sia ad oasi naturalistiche; comodissimo a tutti i servizi: ampia scelta di ristoranti appena sotto l'hotel. Colazione essenziale, ma soddisfacente, molto buone le bevande calde. Molto pratico il servizio noleggio bici in hotel. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Igienizzare la moquette delle scale; curare un po' di più la pulizia delle stanze.

La posizione dell'hotel è sul gran viale del lido a pochi passi da tutto,
Staff gentile e camere pulite

Cons:

Colazione ok, prezzo molto alto e la stanza non è mai stata rifatta in 3 giorni.

Assolutamente consigliato!!
Pros:

La struttura si trova vicino alla fermata del vaporetto, in centro, e questo permette di fruire con grande tranquillità di tutti i servizi e di tutte le attrazioni dell’isola.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo, soprattutto la signora alla reception che ci ha fornito preziosi consigli per la visita del Lido e di Pellestrina.
La stanza minimal ma comoda e pulita.

Cons:

Frühstück ist bei dem neuen Besitzer nicht mehr so vielfältig wie zuvor. Aber das ist kein Minuspunkt.

Necesita reforma
Pros:

La ubicación, tranquila en pleno centro de Lido una zona peatonal bonita.

Cons:

Estaba todo muy viejo. La cama no era doble sino dos pequeñas juntas. Poco jabón y toallas. Poca comunicación. Y lo peor no había zonas comunes solo una terraza para utilizar en el desayuno, luego la cierran.
