Pros:

The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic—always smiling, warm, and incredibly helpful, which made us feel truly welcome. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here with our family, soaking in the relaxed atmosphere and a bit of that lovely Italian charm.

Gutes Frühstück für den Preis, Müsli und Toast mit Marmelade/Schokocreme + Croissants. Gute Lage in der Nähe vom Vaporetto. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen und unser Bad hatte ein Bidet! Dafür gibt es Pluspunkte von meiner Seite!

Cons:

Die Bettwäsche bestand nur aus einem Bettlaken, so auch noch nie gesehen, das war jetzt nicht so angenehm und unser Abfluss ist sehr langsam abgelaufen.

Bon séjour à l'hôtel Cristallo.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement placé pour tous les transports. La chambre était spacieuse et calme. Les petits déjeuners étaient basiques, 2 petits croissants et du pain, yaourt et céréales puis, plus qu'un croissant les 2 derniers jours. On a pas bien compris !
Personnel sympa, on a pu laisser nos sacs le derniers jour pour profiter de la journée avant le départ.

Cons:

Les petits déjeuners pourraient être améliorer en ajoutant des fruits et du fromage.
