Very nice but can be noisy.
Pros:

Great location. The larger rooms are really nice. Very nice nearby restaurant. Very nice owner/manager.

Cons:

Can be noisy with trucks breaking on the nearby highway. Smaller rooms have no bathroom door.

Pros:

El baño.

Cons:

Muy incómodo el colchón, de muy baja calidad las sábanas.
No es claro dónde hacer check in. Si llegas de noche estás a la deriva, sin nada de información y sin gente a quien preguntar.

Great BnB on Conception Bay!
Pros:

It’s very unique, located on Conception Bay. Our host was excellent & fluent, as he’s American.

Cons:

Nothing, honestly. Our host got up early to make coffee before our 6 AM departure. That was a nice touch.

Pros:

Beautiful, friendly staff, nice light breakfast.close to beautiful beaches.

Cons:

Truck noise from highway but we had on earphones. Lots of steps without railings, not an appropriate place for those with mobility issues.

Super clean, comfortable room
Pros:

Super clean.
Breakfast was coffee, tea or juice. Cereal, fruit, yogurt. toast and jam.
Beautiful sunrises.
Able to access library, gym, restaurant and beach, including hot spring, of the Posada over the road.

Cons:

Noisy during the day as it faces a busy road with trucks passing by. Quieter at night.

Pros:

The noise from the road (difficult to avoid in the area though I think). It was a bit expensive (but not many accommodations in the area so understandable)

Nice Location - Extremely noisy.
Pros:

The location is excellent since it was walking distance to the Playa Conception and Playa Escondido with a beautiful sea view. Nathan was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast was sparse and the same daily. Plain Bread, a few pieces of fruit, milk, granola and one type of cereal. Have one hair dryer onsite for guests to borrow would be nice touch. The rooms are dark, no place to put clothes or side tables so I was creative using the headboard on the second bed but this is not a deal breaker. . The main issue is the noise from the highway in front of B&B. It is very load. The ear plugs barely helped. I was in unit 1 on ground level.. maybe the sound is not as bad on the second level?

Would recommend!
Pros:

This place is amazing! Unfortunately we only booked it for 1 night, would recommend a longer stay. The view from the hotel room is beautiful, you can see the sunrise above the ocean.
The host is very kind and has a lot of good tips for food and fun (music in a local bar!) and knows the best place to swim in the area.
The bed is perfect, very big and comfortable. Shower is perfect, breakfast is nice. Would recommend!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, there are no downsides to this place.
