Очень шумно нету шумоизоляции ощущение что ты спишь на улице
Не было штор на окнах было очень светло в комнате и из-за чего было нереально уснуть

Otelin konumu harika, ana cadde üzerinde olduğu için gece biraz ses oluyor ama hiç önemli değil. Bizi karşılayan hanımefendi aşırı güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı biriydi. Binaya girerken biraz eski bi bina ama odalar güzel tavsiye ederim . Otelin hemen altında Türk lokantası var , yolun karşısında avm .var , Old towna çok yakın

Cons:

Giriş kısmı biraz daha bakımlı olabilir.

I liked the location. Very nice place, cute and cozy entrance and the entire place is very charming and welcoming. The staff were really very sweet and helpful.

Cons:

It wasn't very much clean. My room lacked tissues for two whole days and the bathroom, even the room flooring wasn't clean enough. There were lots of women hair from old guests which i myself had to remove

Как написала выше. Не плохой отель для проживания.
Pros:

Забронировала чисто по отзывам. Прилетела в Тбилиси вечером. Отель нашла сразу, вернее адрес Пушкина 9, прям напротив сквера им.Пушкина, рядом с площадью Свободы. Вход меня ужаснул. Заброшенная дверь , лестница наверх, а там что-то вроде общаги хрущевки. Постучалась, никто не отозвался и вышла снова на улицу. Решила , что развели)))).
Тут смс по ватцап прилетел.  Со мной связался хозяин отеля , спустился , показал комнату, помог поднять чемодан. Оказалось на одной лестничной площадке, слева железная дверь - это и есть отель. Все чисто, красиво, приветливый хозяин. Показал комнату. Есть кондиционер, телевизор, чайник, принадлежности для ванны. В общем всё хорошо))) А главное удобно,  в центре и цена приемлимая 135 лари.

Номер люкс с огромным окном на площадь, потолки высокие, чистота, красота, уют, удобный матрас, все есть в номере - бутылочки с водой ,зуб.щетки с пастой и т.д.. Персонал подсказывл с локациями, приветливый и общительный. Впечатление замечательное .Наверху есть номера более бюджетные ,подняться по лестнице небольшой надо. Тоже понравились, уютно и просторно, но окна без вида. Если важен вид ,то конечно номер люкс . Сохраняю контакт для будущих поездок и рекомендаций.

Cons:

Такого нет. Было первое впечатление про ступеньки в подъезде, но на самом деле это 1 этаж, и после, на них и не обращаешь внимание.
