No nos dieron la habitación que habíamos solicitado por este medio y la habitación que nos dieron fue en la parte de atrás donde sonaban los aires acondicionados demasiado fuerte (imposible dormir), además la tarjeta de ingreso a la habitación se dañó 2 veces y no podíamos ingresar.
