Pros:

Great stay during the visit of Toscane. It is a very old hotel, looks like you are back in '80s. Real countryside expirience, very quiet, a great break after crowded cities. There is a lot of things that can be improved, but 120€ for 4 persons with the breakfast is fairly enough.
