Great hotel on Bukhara outside old town.
Pros:

The hotel is located outside of the old town, a 5 minute ride away so very easy to visit all the important monuments. The staff is amazing. From before we arrived, all the way through the end, we received great attention from all the staff at the hotel, restaurant, spa, pool and bars. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool is large and enjoyable.

We used the spa services which are great. Diana and the masseuses Xilaba and Zamira at the reception were so nice to speak to, always with a smile, and willing to share a bit of their culture as well. We would absolutely recommend it.

The pool services and attention by Abdulaziz was great. He provided explanations and help when needed.

Pros:

Skvělé vybavení, hodně pohodlné pokoje. Velmi dobrá restaurace, skvělý venkovní bazén. Personál je motivovaný, aby se o Vás staral, což byla příjemná změna oproti většině ubytování v Uzbekistánu, kde je personál většinou netečný. Velké díky Sevinch Amonova a Odienovi z restaurace.

OK for one night but dont expect a relaxing stay
Pros:

Really good was the the guest relation service by Sevinch Amonova, that was really outstanding and made the best of our stay

Cons:

The breakfast was boring, not inspiring and low quality
The room was very very small and the show cpuld not close propwrly, the bathroom was fully under water and smelled badly
The pool was incredibly noisy, loud music, screaming kids not what i expect from a hotel poom, very disappointing

One of the best in Bukhara, especially during hot season
Pros:

Nice comfortable hotel a little bit far away from old cityi in quite area. Cozy breakfast and helpful staff

Cons:

A little bit noisy at evening time near the pool area. A stayed at the 6th floor but nevertheless I can hear quite loud music from pool area. Hotel allows not the guest of the hotel to use the pool , so it was not comfortable for guests to use it.

Luxurious & well managed location to explore the wonders of Bukhara and after wind down at the pool!
Pros:

We stayed there during the hot period of the year, and with 40C the pool-area is a great joy! Excellent size, great service, all very well done. This is also a great location for exploring all Bukhara historical places, what a joy! Learning about all those amazing stories.
And... a big compliment to the team, especially Sevinch, Jasmin & Jaxongir, for their excellent support, thanks!!

Not what i was expecting from a big hotel
Pros:

Nice spa and confortable beds. Some of the staff were nice.

Cons:

This is definetly not a 5 stars hotel even for Uzbekistan. Having stayed in samarkand in a 5 stars this is more of a 3-4 stars.
The infrastructure is very old, you can see it’s a renovated soviet hotel, the pool water is very dirty. It takes one hour to properly heat the spa although they say it only takes 10 minutes. Breakfast is very greasy.
Quite disapointed. It’s far from the city center and the location is in the middle of an abandoned area.

Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Compared to Wyndham Tashkent, it felt more modern and up to date. The room service was excellent, and the breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. The air conditioning system worked very well and was completely quiet.
I had a wonderful stay, and if I return to Bukhara in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Special thanks to Sevinch Jasmin for her outstanding hospitality and assistance.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the swimming pool water seemed a little cloudy and could have been clearer.
In addition, amenities such as a razor, shaving cream, toothpaste, toothbrush, and similar items were not provided in the room by default. However, the staff explained that this was part of their sustainability policy and that these items would be provided upon request. When I asked for toothpaste and a toothbrush, they were delivered immediately.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel auf 5-Sternenniveau. Neuwertig, sauber und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Das freundliche Personal war darüber hinaus sehr hilfreich und hat uns bei Planung, taxi etc. unterstützt (speziell Jaxongir, Yulduz und Sevinch).
