Cons:

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bukhara. The staff was super friendly and helpful (especially Mirshod). The room was spotless, stylish, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many options.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast service. A huge thank you to Madina at the breakfast buffet; she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, making sure every guest felt welcome. The food selection was good, and the staff's hospitality really stands out here. The hotel’s location is also very convenient for exploring the city.

Cons:

The only real downside was the bathroom size. It was far too small and felt quite cramped, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. There isn't much room to move around or place your items, so keep that in mind if you prefer a more spacious setup.

Понравилось все! Доброжелательный персонал, очень чисто, все супер! Отдельно хотелось бы отметить работу официанта Мадины, в ресторане! Обслуживала нас все дни проживания, уже на следующее утро помнила все наши заказы, все делала быстро , четко, с улыбкой! Молодчина! Желаю ей всего самого наилучшего! Спасибо персоналу отеля! Вернемся еще раз!))

Pros:

Отель хороший, отличный сервис. В отеле нам очень помогли Муродов Миршод - подсказывал, куда сходить, оперативно помогал с просьбами, в общем был максимально отзывчивым и готовым помочь по всем вопросам. Вайтрес Мадина прекрасно обслуживала нас за завтраком, больше спасибо ей за это. И конечно же спасибо Севинч за коммуникацию, рассказ о городе, за всю оказанную помощь, что разметила нас в соседних номерах, так называемых suits rooms. Очень приятные сотрудники
