Returning to Wyndham Bukhara Hotel for the second time from Abu Dhabi felt like coming back home. From the very first moment I entered the hotel, I was welcomed with sincere smiles, warm hospitality, and exceptional professionalism from the entire reception team.

I would especially like to express my deepest appreciation to Mr. Mirshod Murodov. His outstanding service, charisma, and genuinely kind personality made my stay unforgettable. What impressed me the most were his beautiful conversations and vivid stories about Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. The way Mirshod described the atmosphere, the lights, the speed, the energy, and the excitement of Ferrari World was so detailed and passionate that for a moment I truly felt as if I were walking inside the legendary red-roofed destination itself.

Listening to him felt like experiencing the thrill of Formula 1, hearing the roar of Ferrari engines, seeing the luxurious architecture, and feeling the magical atmosphere of Abu Dhabi all over again. His communication skills and positive energy create a unique connection with guests and make every conversation enjoyable and memorable.

I would also like to sincerely thank the wonderful reception team: Muzaffar, Javoxir, Jahongir, Yulduz, Jasmin, Sevinch, and Dilshod. Their professionalism, attentiveness, politeness, and teamwork are truly remarkable. Every member of the team made me feel respected, comfortable, and valued throughout my entire stay.

Wyndham Bukhara Hotel is not just a hotel — it is a place where hospitality becomes an art. The warmth of the staff, the peaceful atmosphere, and the exceptional guest service make this hotel one of the best places to stay in Bukhara.

I highly recommend Wyndham Bukhara Hotel to everyone visiting Uzbekistan, and I am already looking forward to returning again very soon.

Modern hotel

This was our first family trip to Bukhara, and we truly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Bukhara. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in Bukhara. :)

The facilities and service were excellent, and I especially loved the breakfast. The welcome fruit was also a very thoughtful touch and made us feel happy and warmly welcomed. My parents were very satisfied with the hotel as well.

I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Sevinch at the reception, as well as the female reception staff member who kindly helped us with check-in and check-out around noon on May 27–28. Their warm and professional service made our stay even more pleasant.

Thank you for making our first family trip to Bukhara such a memorable one.

Очень понравилось, что с момента бронирования сотрудники отеля всегда на связи, мне очень помогла прекрасная девушка Севинч, все возникающие вопросы она оперативно решала, при приезде в отель получилось так, что она нас встречала и заселяла, было приятно познакомиться с ней лично. Ну, и дальше, по любым вопросам мы обращались к ней)) Севинч-вы лучшая! Завтраки понравились, зал большой, много мест. По вечерам внизу в лобби играла девушка на скрипке, это было чудесно) В отеле есть банкоматы, можно снять деньги с карты и можно поменять наличные на местную валюту. Кровать прямо очень большая, вполне жесткая))

Особая благодарность Севинчу и Дилшоду за профессионализм, отзывчивость и помощь во всём во время проживания. Персонал высокого уровня, благодаря которому чувствуешь себя желанным гостем.

Отель расположен в новом части города, но на такси без проблем и за приемлемую цену можно доехать до исторической части города и обратно, а также до вокзала, которых находится за пределами городской черты.
Здание отеля построено давно (в нем когда-то находился другой отель - Интурист, если не ошибаюсь), но оно полностью реновировано. Стандартные номера в отеле маленькие, но весьма уютные с новым ремонтом и мебелью.
Красивое и уютное лобби, правда в баре нет алкогольных напитков, только кофе, чай.
Вежливый и внимательный персонал.
Завтраки хорошие с большим разнообразием.
Есть СПА-центр с бассейном, но его посетить не успели.

Отель новый, персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый. Особенно, хочу отметить администраторов Дильшода и Севинч . СПА хороший, бассейн чистый . Мы вечером поплавали одни. Была на массаже у Дианы, понравилось. Вообще, приятный и отель и зоны отдыха , и СПА.

My time spent at the Wyndham Bukhara Hotel was truly unforgettable. The atmosphere of the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, pristine, and serene. However, the most impressive aspect for me was the professionalism and hospitality of the reception team. Mirshod, Yulduz, Sevinch, Jahongir, Javohir, Muzaffar, and Dilshod were consistently cheerful, respectful, and accommodating. They demonstrated profound attentiveness in every matter, ensuring that I felt completely at home.

I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to Mirshod. Despite the considerable difficulty in locating a specific fruit I requested, he searched for and procured it with immense patience and diligence. This gesture was highly valuable to me and exemplified the profound importance the staff attributes to their guests. His willingness to exert additional effort for guest satisfaction, rather than merely fulfilling his basic duties, is truly commendable.

Yulduz, Sevinch, Jahongir, Javohir, Muzaffar, and Dilshod were also consistently attentive and professional. They addressed our inquiries with promptness and always approached us with a positive demeanor. Encountering such a dedicated team significantly enhanced the quality of my journey.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Wyndham Bukhara Hotel to anyone seeking premium service, courteous staff, and exemplary hospitality. Should I return to Bukhara, I shall unequivocally choose to reside at this establishment once more.
