Подтвержденный отелем наш ранний заезд за отдельную плату состоялся спустя полтора часа ожидания на ресапшн (не было свободных номеров!); в номере постоянно стоял гул от какого-то механизма, работающего во дворе отеля; не смогли допроситься второго халата - при заселении в номере был только один; заявленное расстояние до центра в 1 км преграждает безразмерных масштабов стройка, обход которой делает путь раза в 2,5 длиннее.

Overpriced.
Pros:

Great facilities (SPA and swimming pool). The location is near to the old town.

Cons:

We request afternoon cleaning as we left 1 p.m. The room was not cleaned, so they may not offer afternoon cleaning. The iron provided in the room was burnt and the room was small. Located near to the old town, however walking there is not such a pleasure as the area is dark with a lot of pot holes.

Good relaxing stay.
Pros:

It had great facilities. I was particularly pleased with the sauna and the haman. The room was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One member of staff stood out as he went above and beyond - Mirshod. He made sure that we had everything we needed.

A very good choice of international hotel for our stay.
Pros:

Good, wide-ranging breakfast. Very pleasant spa. Good pool and facilities. Good location for sightseeing. Staff responded to requests extremely quickly.

Cons:

Rooms are spacious but the bathroom is extremely small. Water was not hot enough most of the time and strangely lacking in places to hang towels etc.

Nice, relaxing stay at Bukhara
Pros:

The location was great, just 15 minutes' walk from old town.
The hotel is beautiful, looks new. It has a nice bar in the lobby, and restaurant, when we had breakfast. Also, nice outdoor area with 2 swimming pools. We didn't use it because was too cold. The room has everything what you need including toothbrush and toothpaste.
I was contacted via WhatsApp 2 days before our arrival by Sevinch (guest relations from Wyndham Bukhara) offering any help. She booked for us the tickets for Folklore Show and dinner at Nadir Divan-Begi Madrasah. It was great, very special location for nice dinner and show. Thank you Sevinch.

Наверное одно из лучших что есть в бухаре на сегодня, но минусов тоже не мало. Первое что не понравилось что 3 часа пудрили голову а потом за деньги все равно сделали ранний заезд, за 4 часа посчитали половину стоимости суток. Завтраки ооооочень слабые за больше чем 200 долларов в сутки можно было бы сделать что то по приличнее. Чистота в номере на 4 с минусом. В душе была только горячая вода и текла очень плохо, в тюбиках из под шампуни, кондиционера и геля для душа залито одно и тоже только разного цвета, особенно было странно что кондиционер мылится как шампунь!
