К сожалению, проживание в Wyndham стало для меня одним из самых больших разочарований во время поездки в Бухару.

Я родилась в Бухаре и с детства помню «Интурист» как одну из лучших и самых престижных гостиниц города. Поэтому, возвращаясь сюда спустя годы, я действительно возлагала на этот отель большие надежды. Тем обиднее было столкнуться с совершенно другим уровнем впечатлений.

Ещё до приезда я сообщила, что мы с мужем приезжаем на годовщину свадьбы. Я ожидала хотя бы небольшого внимания к этому событию и праздничной атмосферы в номере. К сожалению, номер никак не был украшен. Несколько орешков и фруктов в качестве комплимента — это приятно, но совершенно не то внимание, которого ожидаешь от отеля такого уровня в особенный день.

Сам номер оказался очень маленьким и тесным. Настолько, что нормально открыть чемоданы практически негде. Пространство буквально давит, и находиться в номере некомфортно.

Ещё один момент, который меня очень удивил: в номере не было ни зубных щёток, ни зубной пасты. Нигде заранее не было указано или сказано, что эти базовые принадлежности предоставляются только по запросу, а не находятся в номере по умолчанию.

Когда на следующее утро я рассказала обо всём Севинч, которая занимается коммуникацией с гостями, и отдельно упомянула отсутствие зубных щёток и пасты, мне объяснили, что их необходимо запрашивать.

Для меня это неприемлемо для отеля такого уровня. Конечно, у нас были свои принадлежности, и вопрос не в том, что нам буквально нечем было почистить зубы. Вопрос именно в уровне сервиса и внимании к деталям. Если политика отеля предполагает выдачу таких вещей только по запросу, на мой взгляд, гостя как минимум необходимо заранее об этом информировать.

We had an excellent stay at the Wyndham Bukhara. Everything was perfect: the hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool was beautiful and very enjoyable.

The waiters were extremely attentive, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this category.

A special mention goes to the reception team, especially Muzaffar, Javohiv and Jaxohgiv from reception desk and all staff in the morning shift of Pool/Bar who treated us with exceptional professionalism and kindness. They answered all our questions, helped us with everything we needed, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Their excellent service really made a difference.

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the Wyndham Bukhara.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Wyndham Hotel in Bukhara. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service was outstanding, and every member of the team contributed to making the experience feel warm, welcoming, and genuinely memorable.

I want to give Sevinch a very special thank you. I have never before had someone at a hotel take such personal care of me. Her support, kindness, attention, and wonderful smile made a real difference throughout my stay. She truly went above and beyond, and I am very grateful for everything she did.

I would also like to thank Mirshad, who was incredibly helpful when I needed to check out very early in the morning. He made the process easy and stress-free, and I sincerely appreciated his assistance at such an early hour. And also Dilshod, who helped us with a comfortable transfer to the train station.

Another special thank you to Hilola who gave me a truly lovely and relaxing experience. The massage was excellent, and I felt noticeably better afterward. It was a beautiful moment during my stay.

I also want to recognize Odiljen and Oyben, the waiters, for their attentive and friendly service. They were always helpful and made sure I was well looked after.

Overall, my experience was perfect. What stood out most was not only the quality of the hotel, but the genuine hospitality and care shown by the staff. They made me feel truly welcomed and looked after.

I can only recommend this hotel. Even before arriving, I was contacted by Sevinch, who kindly offered to help us with recommendations. Once we arrived, we found the room to be very spacious and extremely clean, and we were welcomed with a complimentary fruit plate.

During our stay, we really enjoyed the pool, the hotel restaurant, which serves a great variety of dishes, and the breakfast. The location is also excellent: it is in a quieter area but still very close to the main places to see in Bukhara. With Yandex Go, you can easily get a taxi within 2–3 minutes and get around the city.

Another very pleasant surprise was the birthday cake they gave my mum on her birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay even more special.

Good location - easy stroll into the old city. Friendly and helpful staff at the Reception desk, especially Yulduz and Jaibhiz. Room was lovely and comfortable with a nice balcony and excellent air con. I ordered food through room service on one occasion and this was prompt, great value and really tasty. Breakfast was nice and varied.

Bellissimo hotel. Camera confortevole e letto comodo. Piscina davvero piacevole e in generale struttura davvero curata e tenuta bene.
