Cons:

Наверное одно из лучших что есть в бухаре на сегодня, но минусов тоже не мало. Первое что не понравилось что 3 часа пудрили голову а потом за деньги все равно сделали ранний заезд, за 4 часа посчитали половину стоимости суток. Завтраки ооооочень слабые за больше чем 200 долларов в сутки можно было бы сделать что то по приличнее. Чистота в номере на 4 с минусом. В душе была только горячая вода и текла очень плохо, в тюбиках из под шампуни, кондиционера и геля для душа залито одно и тоже только разного цвета, особенно было странно что кондиционер мылится как шампунь!

Хочу отметить отличную работу сотрудницы ресепшена Севинч. Она заранее, за день до моего заезда, сама написала мне и в дальнейшем сопровождала все мои запросы.

Все вопросы решались быстро и оперативно, чувствовалась забота и внимание к деталям. Честно говоря, был приятно удивлён, так как в других отелях В Узбекистане такого я не встречал.

Большое спасибо Севинч за профессионализм и отношение к гостям!

Cons:

Очень маленькая душевая и уборная, ну я думаю это уже ошибка архитектора.

A very helpful staff
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at the Wyndham Bukhara. The hotel is not located in the old city, but it is at a reasonable walking distance. The hotel’s guest relations manager, Sevinch, was very helpful. She advised me on and booked some excellent restaurants in Bukhara: Zaitoon and Joy. Many thanks to her for her warm welcome and kindness!

Cons:

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bukhara. The staff was super friendly and helpful (especially Mirshod). The room was spotless, stylish, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many options.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast service. A huge thank you to Madina at the breakfast buffet; she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, making sure every guest felt welcome. The food selection was good, and the staff's hospitality really stands out here. The hotel’s location is also very convenient for exploring the city.

Cons:

The only real downside was the bathroom size. It was far too small and felt quite cramped, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. There isn't much room to move around or place your items, so keep that in mind if you prefer a more spacious setup.
