Really comfortable hotel!
The receptionist girl, Sevinch was super helpful and attentive. She went outside of box to suggest, help and get everything sorted. Much respect to staff like these, they actually make up the best experience of staying.
Swimming pool is not really clean, could have been better. Also some rubber slippers would be great going around the pool.
We had a wonderful stay. The bed was super comfortable, the pool area was well kept and the service staff was super attentive. Breakfast was also very good. Sevinch from the reception was exceptional, she did everything to make sure we had a great stay, she was super friendly and helpful.
The music by the pool was super loud until 10.30 pm, we could even hear it loudly in our room with the windows closed. Once we informed the reception, the issue was immediately addressed.

We got a decent sized room with a balcony. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant too is actually quite good and is not pricey at all. Service was very good and staff was very cooperative.
The hotel is located quite some distance away from most of Bokhara's attractions. Moreover, while all major chains try to give you personalized service, we were disappointed here. We asked a hotel staff to book a Yandex cab for us from a certain part of the city and she messaged us that cabs don't go to that place which was not true. Ironic when you consider that the same member of the staff had messaged us that she would personally attend to us!

Отличный отель, чисто, имеется бассейн, спа процедуры, что включено в стоимость проживания. Вежливый, доброжелательный персонал. Имеется свой мини бар с большим выбором вкусностей и напитков. Прилегающая территория всегда в чистоте, фонтаны и бассейн чистят ежедневно, что приятно удивило. Доступна доставка в номер еды и напитков. Вызов сотрудников на ресепшене по внутреннему телефону с номера, доступен в любое время. Рядом есть рестобар и небольшой парк со скамейками. Очень понравился отель, представительский, богатый, уютный, на европейский лад.
Тесновата душевая, чуть по больше бы, но не критично. Плохо что нельзя курить на балконе в номере, приходится спускаться вниз, но хотя тоже понятно и это не тот случай чтобы отказаться от номера. В целом все отлично, претензий нет, все понравилось. Место расположения далековато от центра и достопримечательностей, но если пользоваться такси то это даже и не проблема для отдыхающих.
Havuz, oda, yemekler ve personellerin yardımseverliği iyiydi. Rezervasyonda Mirsod Yulduz ve Muzaffar, havuzda da pool boy Abdülaziz gerçekten çok yardımcı oldular. Hepsine teşekkürler. Çok güzel bir haftasonu geçirdik
