В этом отеле мы во второй раз , в прошлый раз были 1 день , в этот раз 5 ночей и при том с грудным ребенком и хочу выразить свои чувства и эмоции я восторге от персонала , как они заботились со всех сторон и сделали все условии нам, очень приветливый персонал подобрали очень красивых девушек и приветливых парней (абсолютно все все !!)
Хотела сказать особенно огромное спасибо Мурадову Миршоду и Юлдуз которые работают на ресепшене и выполняют свои обязательства и работу на 10 плюсом ,
девочкам в ресторане тоже спасибо помогали наложит блюдо ( так как была с ребенком на руках) и еще приготовили вкусное кофе Муаттар 🫶😘.
Сам отел конечно без слов шикарный 🔥.

I appreciated being welcomed at the very start of my stay, the cleaning was very nice, the service in the breakfast was also good. A big thank you to Mirshod and Dilshod for giving us a five star service, and for also giving us a very good check out time, highly appreciated.

During my stay at Wyndham Bukhara, I found the staff to be exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the pleasant welcome. Once again, Everything is perfect, the staff were very welcoming, breakfast was wonderful.
It’s my second stay, and I felt very much welcomed.
A special thank you to the reception staff, especially Ameliya, for kindly providing me with a copy of a document I needed, free of charge, sincerely appreciated her kind gesture.
I would also like to personally thank, Baxriddin, Yulduz and muzaffar, muhammad and nemat for their hospitality and attentiveness and their high level of care during my stay. And ofcourse Mirshod that went above and beyond to assist me
from check-in to small details made me feel right at home. It’s always the people who make the biggest difference, and thanks to them, my experience was even more enjoyable
I wanted to update my previous review, as I had accidentally rated my previous stay as a 6 out of 10, which doesn’t reflect my true experience. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. My apologies for the rating error—my experience was definitely much more positive.

Fräscht hotell med bra faciliteter. Bra frukost. Trevlig personal.
Ganska små rum, lite svårt att få plats med resväskorna. Ingen service vid poolen, vi fick själva lista ut att man kunde hämta handdukar i spaavdelningen. En restaurang var tyvärr permanent stängd. Städpersonalen missade att fylla på duschtvål och schampo.
