Мы сделали выбор в пользу этого отеля в последний момент и остались этим выбором очень довольны.
Отель очень удобно расположен, несмотря на некоторую удаленность от старого города, можно и дойти легко до основных достопримечательностей и отсутствует духота, которую не может выдуть ветер из переулков в медине.
Отель довольно свежий, видно, что его реновировали со вкусом и знанием дела.
4 звезды заслежены, от 5 отделяет отсутствие красной рыбы и икры с шампанским на завтраке.

Очень понравился бассейн под открытым небом, знойным днем было комфортно и позагорать и полежать под тенью зонтов

Персонал очень приветливый и старается максимально помочь в решении любых вопросов жителей
Девушки (Жасмин и Юльдуз) на ресепшен помогли купить билеты на поезд, что сняло большую задачу и сэкономило много времени нам

Очень приятно, что отель пошел нам на встречу и организовали ранний заезд и поздний выезд. Заблаговременно предупредили, что некоторое время не будет воды в номерах, мы успели принять душ. И любезно предложили воспользоваться душем в СПА комплексе

Очень понравился персонал в СПА комплексе и у бассейна Достон). Все рассказали, показали как работает, рассказали про услуги комплекса

Можно сказать, что благодаря этому отелю существенно улучшилось общее впечатление от города и поездки

Heel mooi hotel met grote luxe. Vooral het zwembad en de ligbedden rondom zijn erg fijn! Goeie kamer, alles was in orde! Last minute goedkoper kunnen boeken, anders was dit buiten onze prijsklasse geweest.

Netter Empfang und bei allen anliegen kamen sie mir entgegen. habe ein frühes Check out gemacht und sie gaben mir ein frühstück mit und sogar ein Mittarbeiter hat mich in seiner freizeit persönlich zum bahnhof gefahren :) Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, ich fühlte mich in dieser kurzen Zeit sehr wohl und würde wieder kommen.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig. Es ist ein kurzer Weg in die Altstadt ca. 1100m

Confortable, bien placé, très belle piscine, spa très sympa notamment Zamira à la réception du spa.

Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Mirshod Muradov et Muzaffar Khafizov de l’équipe de réception de l’hôtel Wyndham Bukhara. Leur accueil a été exceptionnel dès mon arrivée. Ils ont toujours été souriants, professionnels et prêts à aider pour chaque demande.
L’hôtel est très confortable, propre et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les équipements sont de qualité et l’ambiance générale est très agréable. Le personnel est attentif aux détails et veille constamment au confort des clients.
J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service, la rapidité de l’assistance et l’hospitalité de toute l’équipe. Grâce à eux, mon séjour à Bukhara a été encore plus agréable et mémorable.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain voyage.
Points forts : accueil chaleureux, personnel professionnel, excellente qualité de service, chambres confortables, propreté irréprochable et très bon emplacement.

We were also very grateful for the thoughtful complimentary service. Even though we checked out at 2 AM, the team kindly prepared takeaway breakfast and coffee for us, which was a very nice and caring gesture. We also appreciated the 10% spa discount coupon they provided during our stay. These small details made our experience even more special.
