Good overall
Pros:

Great breakfast and location.

Cons:

It can be noisy early in the morning as the vans are out picking up guests for hot air balloon rides.
No help from staff to bring my luggage up to the first floor.
My wife slipped on the glass floor on the first floor and fell. Thankfully, nothing serious happened, but it could have ruined our trip. Be careful with that when it's wet. No signage was put up to alert guests.

We had a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and beautiful, and entirely appropriate for the location. The breakfast was generous and exceptional and the front desk staff warm and helpful.

Great hotel in the middle of Goreme!
Pros:

Very nice, and centrally located hotel in the heart of Goreme. Easy pick up for early morning balloon rides and many restaurant/shopping options within a few minutes walk. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive from the minute we arrived until the minute we departed.

Perfect location and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is great!

Cons:

The rooms close to reception are very noisy. Especially when guests come in late, you hear everything. The wind causes bad smells in the room which is out of the hotel's control. The amenities are ok.
