Calm, beautiful, clean
Pros:

Calm and beautiful Hotel, a short walk from the shops. The hotel manager was so kind and have us amazing recomendations (where to eat, buy ceramic and best hikes).
The breakfast was fantastic and they have a lovely view.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal und gutem Service, das durch einige vermeidbar
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Einrichtung, die schönen Spiegel in den Gängen sowie die insgesamt hochwertige Gestaltung der Anlage. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, es gab immer frische Handtücher, zusätzlich sogar eigene Badetücher für den Pool. Wasserflaschen und Kaffeekapseln wurden ebenfalls täglich aufgefüllt.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal. Der Kellner sowie die Damen in der Küche waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, wurde ständig nachgefüllt und Sonderwünsche wurden jederzeit erfüllt. Auch die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr sehr freundlich und haben unser Zimmer immer frisch gemacht. Also sehr viel Lob an alle!!

Bereits vor der Anreise war der Kontakt über WhatsApp hervorragend. Man erhielt viele hilfreiche Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Empfang bei der Ankunft war sehr herzlich und professionell.

Eine sehr nette Geste war außerdem, dass wir am letzten Tag sogar kostenlos Saft an den Pool gebracht bekamen. Beim Pool gibt es außerdem auch 2 WCs was ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist. Es gibt auch ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme.

Cons:

Es gibt einige Punkte, bei denen Verbesserungen möglich wären. Im Zimmer hätten mehr Haken für Kleidung und Handtücher gefehlt. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer war leider recht schwach, wodurch es oft stickig wurde. Die Beleuchtung ist zwar sehr schön und stimmungsvoll, zum Schminken jedoch etwas zu dunkel.

Die Handtücher hinter der Badezimmertür waren etwas unpraktisch platziert. Da sich das Waschbecken direkt daneben befindet, lässt sich die Tür nicht vollständig öffnen und man hat beim Herrichten weniger Platz.

Schade war außerdem, dass die Terrasse mit den Sitzpolstern wetterbedingt geschlossen war. Diese Information wäre bei der Anreise hilfreich gewesen, da ich erst am letzten Tag – nachdem ich selbst nachgefragt hatte, weil ich die Terrasse auf Instagram gesehen hatte – erfahren habe, dass sie nicht zugänglich war. Die Terrasse wurde danach zwar vorbereitet und ist wirklich sehr schön zum Beobachten der Ballons, die fehlende Information zu Beginn war jedoch etwas enttäuschend.

Der größte Kritikpunkt betrifft den Pool. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft war das Wasser nicht in einem Zustand, der eine Nutzung zuließ. Danach wurde der Pool während fast des ganzen Aufenthalts geschlossen und wir konnten ihn letztendlich nur einen Tag nutzen. Das Problem wurde zwar behoben, allerdings hätte man aus meiner Sicht bereits früher Maßnahmen ergreifen müssen (Chlor, Pumpe, Messungen damit alles passt etc, ich habe selber einen Pool und weiß, dass man dies vermeiden kann!). Da der Pool ein wesentlicher Grund für unsere Buchung war und im Preis inkludiert ist, war das sehr schade – besonders bei den hohen Temperaturen tagsüber.

Bei der Abreise wirkte der Rezeptionist leider etwas verloren und wenig aufmerksam. Nach der Schlüsselabgabe kam keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Verabschiedung. Erst nachdem ich selbst „Bye“ gesagt hatte, wurde dies erwidert. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich mir hier einen professionelleren Abschluss des Aufenthalts gewünscht.

早餐是固定套餐，不过可以点单不同的鸡蛋。房间很新，干净。前台热情，服务好。酒店就在小镇中心，周边都是餐厅，闹中取静。

下雨的时候院子里的声音有点大，酒店中观景的区域有些少。

Pros:

I liked everything about this property. The staff were extremely kind. Mr.Enes was very helpful through out our stay. On the day of check-in he chalked out a plan and also helped us organize our day tours and ATV experience. The hotel is in the center of the town and quite safe to walk around. Taxi rank is close-by and Mr.Enes once again helped us by calling a Taxi and even explained the driver in Turkish where to take us. Personally, we have never experience such a warmth in any other hotels in other places. Breakfast spead was fantastic & healthy. I especially liked their table service. Our room and the bathroom were quite spacious and extremely clean. All in all this was one stay that we perhaps will remember for our life.

None. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations.
