Pros:

did. not stay. as I was desperately trying to reach them at the number given during registration. I was near the general vicinity but the address given was not clear and incorrect. we kept roaming around the place and in circles but to no avail. as hotel staff was not picking up phone or a responding to give clear directions or confirm of reservation.

Cons:

non responsiveness of staff to phone or email.
looks like a fly by net operator. very unprofessional
