Pros:

Pohvalila bih animatore mini disca. Gospodična Daniela se zbilja trudila da nas animira i zabavi. Također njezine kolege djevojka i mladi gospodin.
Voditelj bara koji se nalazi uz bazen za sve pohvale. Vrijedan, pristojan, ugodan i uvijek nasmijan.

Cons:

Hotel je starije izgradnje, prema tome i namještaj u sobama je star i potrošen. Rashladni sistem se nije mogao ručno namještati, tako da nam je tokom noći bilo hladno. Poploni su bili prljavi tako da smo ih izbjegavali koristiti. U sobama su toliko tanki zidovi da se čuje hrkanje iz susjedne sobe, da ne spominjem koliko je glasno kada se u sedam ujutro probude mala djeca i krenu skakati, ponekad smo imali dojam da se ruši hotel.
Osoblje bara na terasi uz bazen je nekulturno. Imali smo all-inclusive plaćen ali svaki put kada smo došli po piće gledali su u nas kao da prosimo na njihov račun piće. Također su bili neugodni sa komentarima te su nas ispred nas ogovarali i ružno pričali o nama na svome jeziku. Obzirom da govorimo talijanski i engleski dosta toga smo razumjeli. Osoblje ne razumije engleski pa pretpostavljam da je do frustracije došlo sa njihove strane zbog nedostatka poznavanja drugog stranog jezika, engleskog.
Istaknula bi da voditelj bara je izuzetno pristojan, vrijedan i elokventan za svoje radno mjesto.
Hrana je bila dobra, obzirom da smo odlazili i u druge restorane na otoku u usporedbi sa restoranima hrana je bila zadovoljavajuća.
Osoblje restorana također korektno.
Jedno jutro natjerali su me da pijem kavu iz plastične šalice gdje mi se kava na kraju prolila. Jer plastična šalica je rješenje za piknik ne za hotel od četiri zvjezdice.
Bazen hotela je bio prljav, pretpostavljam da je problem mehaničkog karaktera, da se pumpa bazena pokvarila. Sve u svemu moglo je i bolje.

Pros:

До моря 6-7 мин ,еда вкусная большой выбор ,но вот большой минус это на гриле все мясо почти всегда сырое (большой поток и не успевают жарить )а так каждый для себя что то найдёт,хотелось бы больше морепродуктов .Убирали каждый день👍 Анимация так себе 😕 бассейн холодный ,но мы приехали на море ,поэтому не расстроились .В целом нам очень все понравилось цена соответствует,но скорее всего отель на 3 ,а не 4.Доехать можно на общественном транспортеА 42 это плюс .Море шикарное .

Personel hotelu stawał na głowie żeby klient był zadowolony. Jedzenie przepyszne każdy zawsze znalazl coś dla siebie. Lokalizacja idealna. Recepcja pierwsza klasa. Pare razy korzystalismy z pomocy pani recepcjonistki która każdy nasz problem potrafiła szybko rozwiązać. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane i czyściutko po przyjściu panie sprzątaczki bardzo miłe. W tym hotelu czuć miła i przyjemna atmosferę która udziela się również gościa. Polecamy i wrócimy tu napewno👌

Proximité de la plage et ville
Le parc de l’hôtel est très agréable, grand et ombragé on peut y mettre transat et laisser les enfants s’y promener
Chambre propre et spacieuse

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont absolue pas insonorisées, matin et soir nous entendions nos voisins parler comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre, idem pour les bruits de pas au dessus de nos têtes.
Une majeure partie des chambres donnent sur les piscines, il est donc impossible de se reposer dans la chambre sur les heures d’ouvertures de la piscine.

La nourriture proposée (buffet volonté) est abominable. Plat surgelés de très mauvaise qualité, souvent mal réchauffés, pâtisseries et desserts industrielles…
Aucunes specialitées espagnoles proposées, mais plutôt des saucisses de Francfort et autre plat allemands… dommage.

Pros:

Blev mycket glad över att det va så fint o välstädat, även mycket bra personal ,
För vissa skriver dåliga saker om hotellet , så tycker jag det är helt fel ,
Även mycket bra underhållning på kvällarna ,
Jag reser ca 4-5 gånger om året så jag vet att detta är ett av mina favorit hotel

En bit från stranden men bra väg dit ca 10 minuter att gå inte mer , Så det är inget o gnälla om , vill man bo direkt vid stranden så får man nog betala mycket mer

Très bon rapport qualité/prix !
Pros:

Etablissement très bien placé par rapport à la plage et le centre ville et à proximité des arrêts de bus. Restaurant avec du choix et de bonne qualité. Gentillesse du personnel. Rien à redire sur la propreté !

Cons:

Est ce que cela est dû au fait que nous avons séjourné 1 semaine avant la fermeture, mais il n'y a pas de club enfants à proprement parlé. On nous a répondu que nous devions rester pas loin à cause de la piscine non fermée à proximité. Dommage, nous aurions aimé avoir un peu de temps sans les enfants
