Value for money, not luxurious but practical, specially with a young kid
Pros:

It’s practical to come with kids. The room is good.

Cons:

Hotel is a bit old. Specially the bathroom. Catering is monotonous and at dinner time you have almost to hurry to go early and finish quickly your meals

Le personnel était au top
Les animations top également
La restauration sur place top aussi, des plats différents chaque jour, personnel très sympa.
Nous avions eu un problème avec la climatisation de notre chambre et sur demande une nouvelle nous a été donnée dans la matinée même.

Het was schoon en het eten was prima en variërend.

Cons:

De bedden, maar dat kan natuurlijk subjectief zijn.
En de airco op onze kamer deed het niet goed of kon de temperatuur niet trekken.

Bardzo fajne rodzinne wakacje.
Pros:

Animacje dla dzieci. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Lokalizacja niedaleko plaży i ogólnie spokojna okolica. Tematyczne wieczory też były fajne. Hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. Lody i slush dla dzieci.

Cons:

Nie było nic większego co popsułoby mi humor. Może lepsze drinki w allinclusive. Piwo i sangria super.

Le sobran 2 estrellas.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas al que, sinceramente, le sobran al menos 2. La relación calidad-precio deja muchísimo que desear.

El supuesto “todo incluido” se queda prácticamente en una pensión completa con bebidas incluidas, ya que el servicio de snacks es lamentable y muy poco acorde con lo que se espera de un régimen de todo incluido.

Las instalaciones y, especialmente, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma urgente. Durante nuestra estancia nos encontramos cucarachas en la habitación en dos días diferentes, algo totalmente inadmisible en un hotel de esta categoría.

Por si fuera poco, el personal de recepción deja bastante que desear. La atención fue muy poco profesional y especialmente desagradable por parte de Simona. Durante el check-in no nos dio prácticamente ninguna información sobre el hotel ni sobre los servicios. Incluso le pedimos un simple mapa de la zona y su actitud fue tan desagradable que prácticamente nos lo tiró en la cara. Una bienvenida bastante lamentable para un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Además, si quieres cambiar las toallas de piscina, te cobran 1 € por cada una, algo bastante cutre para un hotel de esta categoría y poco acorde con un supuesto todo incluido.

En resumen, calidad pésima para la categoría que pretende tener. Necesita una reforma urgente tanto de las habitaciones como de las instalaciones y, si no está dispuesto a hacerla, debería plantearse seriamente reducir su categoría.

No volveremos y no lo recomendamos en absoluto.

Hotel bardzo stary. Jedzenie fatalne.
Zdjęcie ponizej pokazuje jak wyglada jedzenie popoludniu. To jest bar a w nim 2 dania. Spalona pizza i cos czego nie da sie zjesc. Nie polecam nikomu tego hotelu. W pokojach smierdzi sparyem na muchy albo mrowki. Hotel taki jak to zdjecie ponizej.

Ausreichend Liegen am Pool, Minidisco, angenehm großer pool mit einem ruhigeren und einem Party Bereich

Sauberkeit der Zimmer war schlecht => Kakerlake im Zimmer, Ausstattung war schlecht, essen war sehr wenig Auswahl, plastikteil im Essen, Toiletten waren grundsätzlich dreckig, Reinigung der Zimmer nicht ausreichend
