Mình đặt ở booking, Khách sạn tệ hại, báo đến muộn, đến nơi tự hủy phòng, đẩy sang nhà nghỉ thành long ngay gần đấy, nhà nghỉ đấy thì thôi rình. Lúc thanh toán ks khác đòi mình thêm 450k, trong khi đặt trên booking là 360. Rồi tự hủy trên booking của mình.

Cons:

Mình đặt ở booking, Khách sạn tệ hại, báo đến muộn, đến nơi tự hủy phòng, đẩy sang nhà nghỉ thành long ngay gần đấy, nhà nghỉ đấy thì thôi rình. Lúc thanh toán ks khác đòi mình thêm 450k, trong khi đặt trên booking là 360. Rồi tự hủy trên booking của mình.

Pros:

Хороший не дорогой отель, соотношение цена/качество/расположение отлично, вокруг отеля есть абсолютно все что нужно

Cons:

единственный минус - грязновато, полотенце для ног на полу застиранное и в пятнах, зеркала не промытые, окна откровенно грязные, вентилятор в черной пыли, хотелось пройти по всем углам с тряпкой, что я и сделала, в остальном все супер👌 за такие деньги пыль не проблема

Đặt phòng tới báo hết phòng đuổi khách còn nói bữa sau đặt trên angoda đừng đặt booking vì bên kia thanh toán trước mới để phòng thật là tồi tệ mọi ngưòi nên suy nghĩ lại khi đặt khách sạn này

I hope they implement changes here.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. It's on a rather busy strip close to the beach. However, this is not a premiere property so we're not talking about "UNOBSTRUCTED" views here.

Cons:

I recorded a video of this and it's a shame only photos are acceptable.

1. Loud banging in the morning. For some reason, they decided 9am is a good time to repair this place. Coming from the airport, this was HELL.
2. I needed the TV for a particular media piece my friend wrote. This was a work travel and we were to surprise her that it was read on air. NO TV! They didn't even say sorry. They didn't give a discount. Just "NO".
3. While the staff members were generally pleasant, I swear, they were purposefully yelling across the halls to communicate. It was too much.
4. they don't accept cards btw, so I was told to go to the ATM to figure it out, that wasn't a big deal tbh (if it weren't late night and cold) ha

Overall. NO.
