A friendly welcome and a spotlessly clean and quiet room on the 15th floor. Room was great and the air con kept the room at a good temperature. 2 mins to parkrun

Room was comfortable and clean and quiet with a great view
However, I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I went down at 8.50 Friday morning - the few eggs that were available were rubbery and obviously not freshly fried. The hash browns were luke warm and limp and only a few available and although I wanted white toast, I was told that the kitchen had run out of white bread.
It was such a shame as many of your reviews mention the lovely hot breakfast, but sadly that was not my experience at all.
I did mention it to the reception staff as I left but thought I would let you know in writing too.
All your staff were great, by the way - very friendly and helpful!
The maintenance of the room was poor the sink plug still would not lift up when pushed down even though maintenance attended the room i gave up asking

Great location and views across the city. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast had a decent offering.
My room was connected to the one next door and so the room didn't feel very private. I was fully able to hear the conversations on the other side of the door, which was very uncomfortable.
I also ordered a sandwich from room service and it was very disappointing.
Lobby area nice with fresh lemon water. We upgraded the room and the robes / slippers are lovely and soft
