No socket in bathroom to use straighteners.
From check in to check out the customer service was 5*. We explained we were leaving before breakfast and they arranged a takeaway. The room was beautiful, bed very comfortable and we enjoyed the view. Convenient for the car park.

Staff could be more friendly and the bar/restaurant could be cleaner. Low level cleaning and behind the bar. Fridges look tatty and always out of stock and beers

Inspite of plenty of floor space, there is no place to store ‘non hanging’ clothes or anything else. A chest of drawers somewhere would be nice.
Chaotic bar service spoiled the evening experience. Had to queue (along with most of the others) over 25 mins for a simple 2 glasses of wine because of the huge cocktail demand. A good bar manager who can employ a bit of common sense is required.
Why not try this?
Make SEPARATE queues for orders without cocktails AND in the other, to hurry it up, premix the base of the most popular cocktails. You will have statistics from the tills.

Prefer firmer pillows but that’s just preference
The staff were super friendly and accommodating my late check-in and early departure times.
The food was great—multiple options. The staff were friendly. They even offered me a to-go breakfast on my checkout day! If I had to leave earlier than the buffet start time!

I booked a city view room and was given a room on 14 floor with amazing view.
It was very quiet and air conditioner worked well.
Breakfast was good, make sure to check the à la carte menu on the table before getting the buffet food, there are some really good options.
Staff helpful and professional.
Room was very small although it wasn’t a big deal for one night and didn’t have a bar fridge which would’ve been nice to keep the water cold.
