Overall experience was great.
The reception could have explained us a bit more about the hotel and the facilities.
Just handed the keys and that's all.
Bar and food area were comfortable and relaxed. Staff were great couldn't do enough for us
Nothing we didn't like drinks were on the expensive side but it's a hotel so not unexpected

Property had an excellent location for my business trip, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast though I imagine there is not enough variety for those who will be staying longer than just a few days.
I had a bit of an issue with connecting to WiFi in my room. It would connect only in the specific corner of the room, and the connection itself was week, so I ended up using my mobile internet instead.

Das Hotel ist fussläufig gut vom Bahnhof aus erreichbar und nicht zu übersehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich war etwas zu früh da und konnte mein Gepäck bereits deponieren; die Gegenstände erhielten eine Nummer und waren in einem nur für das Perosnal zugänglichen Raum untergestellt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber und ich hatte einen tollen Blick in Richtung Fluss. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Tee und Kaffee inkl. Wasserkocher waren wie für UK üblich auch auf dem Zimmer. Ich komme gerne wieder.
Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre noch nett gewesen, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

I liked the view, this time on the river. I do watercolour of the view early in the morning
Acdei,at breakfast. I used the machine to have decaffeniated capucchino, it comes without coffe. Another custumer told me it was the same when they use it a man is sent...he served himself a coffe, it work and tells me I press the wrong button! I look up only one box has coffe above there was no decaffeinated coffe bean.... i used the other machine for decaffeinated.
