Good stay however if you need space need to upgrade to larger room.
Pros:

great location close to nearby shops/restaurants and general amenities. The included breakfast variety was good with continental and a hot buffet.
PS make sure you order eggs from the menus as the hot buffet station only offers fried eggs.

Cons:

Booked a genius double room {river view} extremely small with no fridge especially in this hot weather. The promised river view rooms were all fully booked our only option was to upgrade to a privilege room which was very welcome however required additional payment.

I had a good time.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! I really want to thank Bessy an employee who made my stay excellent, she know how to welcome guests at the restaurant. I appreciate her kindness.

Cons:

The room is small compare other facilities and some of the staff where not professional.

Great location in Newport
Pros:

Modern and very clean. I really liked the theme of the Transporter Bridge which is an inspiration for the interior design of the hotel. Because of this we went to have a look at the bridge, which unfortunately, was closed to the visitors.

The location was great. The restaurant was handy and nice.
The room was lovely. Lovely view of the river.

Cons:

- Had an issue the first day with the rooms not being accessible via access card. None of the rooms opened with key cards. We had to go down to bring the staff to help us open the doors everytime. The issue was resolved overnight.
- The cleaning team didn’t do a good job. They didn’t leave coffee mugs or coffee pods. But the reception was quick to act on it and fixed it.
