Tolles Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Reinigungspersonal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und macht ihre Arbeit sehr zufrieden stellend. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, großzügig mit einem dritten Zustellbett immer noch genügend Platz. Das Bad war sehr groß. Aber in den Zimmern hat man an Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung beziehungsweise am Kleiderschrank leider gespart. Es gibt nur eine Kleiderstange.

Cons:

Leider gab es, zumindest während unseres Aufenthaltes (5 Nächte), kein einziges Mal Obst zum Frühstück. Es ist nicht gut für eine Unterkunft, wenn Gäste ständig nachfragen müssen, ob genug Kaffee gekocht wurde, wenn sie welchen möchten. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, man hat von draußen jegliche Geräusche auch in den Zimmern sehr gut wahrgenommen.

Pros:

The property is beautiful it is in a great location, easy taxi ride to Göreme, the room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant staff are lovely and serve a really good breakfast. Mohammed, is fantastic, friendly and very helpful with information, arranging taxis, suggested private itinerary. In general, all staff were amazing.

Pros:

Solo per la disponibilità e la pazienza mostratami dalla staff in tutta la fase pre partenza, la struttura merita un 10 pieno. Ci sono alcune cose da migliorare, vero, ma tutto il contesto ha reso pressoché indifferenti queste cose: gli infissi un po' datati, ma stilisticamente in linea con la struttura e quindi apprezzabili; l'inglese da migliorare, ma c'è tanto impegno in questo da parte dello staff. In città più grandi, questo impegno non c'è ad esempio; la lampada vicino la vasca idromassaggio non era collegabile ma la stanza era talmente bella, forse la più bella in cui io sia mai stato nei miei viaggi, che ha reso queste piccole imperfezioni insignificanti. Lo staff aiuta tantissimo nell'organizzare le vostre attività, la prenotazione delle mongolfiere è stata perfetta e anche una delle esperienze più belle che si possa fare nella vita. Nota di merito alla colazione, forse anche qui la più ricca, buona e varia che io abbia mai assaggiato. Questo posto mi rimarrà nel cuore sempre. Ringrazio lo staff e spero di tornare un giorno.

Ben bir daha konaklamam

Otel uchisar da yeri güzel ve park yeri mevcut

Cons:

Otelde 4 gün konakladik.
1. Kahvaltı 8:30 da başlıyor. Bunun geç oldugunu ve erken verme durumu olabilir mi diye sorduk, olmaz çünkü personelimiz gelmiyor dediler. Otelden erken çıkmak zorunda olduğumuzdan ilk 2 gün kahvaltı alamadık. Daha sonra otel muduru aradı, erken kahvaltı isterseniz ayarlarız dedi ama iş işten geçmişti
2. Kahvaltı salonunun içindeki mutfakta 1 gün bayan çalışan sigara içiyordu. Kapi açık olduğundan tüm salon sigara kokmuştu
3. Bir gün odamız temizlenmedi. Sebebini sorduğumda kapiya temizlenecek diye uyardı asmamissiniz dediler. Yani temizlik istiyorsanız muhakkak uyariyi asin çünkü uyardı yoksa temizleyelim mi diye de atamıyorlar.
4. Tüm bu sorunları otele ilettik. Sağolsun otel jest olsun diye odaya meyve tabağı ve şarap göndermişti. Fakat bu sefer oda temizliğini yapan görevlide tuvalet çöpünün olduğu torbayı meyve tabanının yanına birakmis fakat almayı unutmuştu :)))
Anlayacaginiz kaldığınız yerde istemeyerek birçok terslik yaşadık. Bunların hepsini de resepsiyonda olan arkadaşlara artardigim gibi buradan da detaylı olarak yazmak istedim

Overdag veel gedaan en in de avonden bij de accommodatie rustig bij kunnen komen.
Pros:

Alle medewerkers waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Plaats was ook in het middelpunt. Lekker overal dichtbij.
