Cons:

Personál neuměl anglicky. Problémy nastali ihned po našem příjezdu, kdy jsme psali do ubytování žádost o dřívější check-in, vše nám bylo odsouhlaseno. Ale po příjezdu po nás bylo vyžadováno zaplacením další noci. Personál poté lhal i o čase našeho příjezdu bookingu.

Personal war sehr freundlich, wenn man ein Problem hatte, wurde es sofort erledigt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon ein bisschen abgenutzt. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht gut. Aufenthaltsraum im sechsten Stock war ein Witz. Die Möbel waren stark abgenutzt, es war heiß und er roch unangenehm.

Cons:

1000 bhat deposit at the end of a trip is annoying. But you can put stuff on you room and use it to pay at the end

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Excelente servicio, estamos agradecidos de la amabilidad del personal. El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y está ubicado en una zona céntrica, entre medio de unos callejones donde se puede conocer más de cerca la vida local. Tiene restaurant y una azotea con vista increíble.

Cons:

Sugiero mejorar los desayunos ya que son muy repetitivos.
