A disappointing stay marked by a blocked sea view, poor room service, and excessive charges.

Cons:

• I booked a room with a sea view, but the view was completely blocked by a building column, making it unusable.
• When I asked to change the room, I was told all sea view rooms were booked and that they could only move me after 2 days, which defeated the purpose of paying for a sea view.
• Room cleaning was extremely poor — the room was cleaned only once during my entire stay.
• At checkout I was charged $80 USD for a small glass item that was accidentally broken by my 1-year-old baby. The charge felt excessive and there was no flexibility or understanding shown.
• Overall, the service and handling of situations did not meet expectations and I would not stay here again.

Nice view and convenient parking, but housekeeping needs serious improvement.
Pros:

I liked the nice sea and mountain view from the room, plus the big balcony to relax on. Having free underground parking was very helpful since I rented a car. The breakfast was decent, the room was a good size, the AC worked fine, and the bathroom was acceptable for my needs.

Cons:

Housekeeping was disappointing because they did not replace soap, shampoo, bath gel, or slippers daily, and we had to ask for them every single day, which was frustrating. There was also a dripping water noise at night that was quite annoying.
