Pros:

Last-minute communication change by Booking.com and the hotel cost too many issues and had to find out another hotel at the last minute. Not happy with Booking.com the way he manage this particular booking.

Breakfast was not free, false advertisement. Only up 300 rupees per night is free over that limit have pay. Need to mention that on the site and while checking the hotel

Pros:

Pearl Residency is conveniently located next to the highway, making it easy to reach the venue. The hotel offers a good parking facility, and the staff were polite and professional. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also excellent.
