Arnaque transport des touristes
Pros:

Le restaurant était bon

Cons:

Attention, si vous demandez à la réception d'appeler un taxi pour vous rendre à l'aéroport il feront venir un véhicule pour touristes, sans vous prévenir à l'avance du prix à payer, il vous en coûtera 40$, au lieu de 15$ en taxi. C'est à l'aéroport quand le chauffeur m'a demandé de payer et que je me suis offusquée du prix, que le chauffeur m'a alors montré une facture de l'hôtel sur laquelle il n y avait pas ma signature à l'emplacement prévu pour le client. Je suis vraiment outrée de la façon dont ils ont procédé et profité de moi.

Good location, very spacious room
Pros:

Very big room, comfortable beds, no fridge, the A/C unit is located outside the bedroom, a bit odd but somehow it works, the badroom is also a bid odd, however she shower worked fine, overall the room is very modern but somehow weird, but it works.

Cons:

No fridge, the TV didn't work, but to be honest we didn't ask them to come and fix it, it was only 1 night. You could hear people walking and talking outside the room, so if you could hear them they can hear you too :-S

Pros:

Wir waren eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug nach Deutschland in diesem Hotel. Für uns war es perfekt. Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer. Vom Hotel aus konnten wir in die Innenstadt laufen.

Schönes Hotel, etwas laut in der junior suite
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und waren stets erreichbar. Auch der Kontakt per WhatsApp erleichtert gerade einen Tourist den Kontakt.

Cons:

Ich finde es schade, dass die besten Zimmer des Hotels (Suites) Richtung Straße zeigen da diese sehr laut ist.

Beautiful hotel too far from the town centre and too noisy

Pros:

Gute Lage am Ortsrand von San José. Der Bereich rund um den Pool war sehr schön gestaltet, man kann sich hier gut aufhalten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gibt typisches Gallo Pinto, frisches Obst, Eierspeisen und sogar verschiedene Kuchen. Sehr lecker!

Cons:

Mein Mann wurde gesagt, er darf nichts mehr vom Buffet nehmen, da er zu oft war. Er hat mir und unserer Tochter das Frühstück mit zum Tisch gebracht, nachgefragt hat das keiner bevor sie ihn unfreundlich die Essensausgabe verweigert hatten. Am letzten Tag war eine private Veranstaltung und die Außenbereiche zum Frühstück wurden gesperrt, sehr ärgerlich wenn man das Hotel gerade wegen dem Außenbereich bucht. Im Zimmer hat ein Kühlschrank gefehlt und Kaffeepads für die Maschine auf dem Zimmer wollte man uns nicht mehr nachfüllen - wir waren 3 Nächte da und hatten ein Familienzimmer.
