The stay is ok
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and attentive! As I was leaving before breakfast started, they provided me with a breakfast to go. This was very nice! If you want to stay in the central San Jose, then the location will suite you. The room overall was clean. The pool area was nice.

Cons:

The room was quite small and felt a bit old and overdue. There were for instance stains on the walls, but overall it was functional. What was very much disappointinf for me is that the restaurant does not have any main vegetarian options. This was unconvenient for me as I arrived in the evening and had to get out to search for a restaurant and there aren't many directly nearby. For me, having veggie options nowadays is normal, this should really be adopted. This stay was ok, but there are better oprions in San Jose in my opinion.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Lovely hotel for a rest after long journey to CR. Comfortable room, really spacious. Lovely pool and great breakfast - even for us as vegetarians.
We also had lunch as it was convenient. Staff were lovely - special thanks to Joseph who is so kind and helpful during our stay. Definitely would stay there before our return flight home.
