Poor service. Poor customer service.
Cons:

I was unable to stay at their property. There is no one at the front desk after 10pm and they failed to provide myself with information to proceed to a self check in. The line that they display on their website as well as on their front door does not go through and it is impossible to receive any kind of help. I had to find another hotel to stay at in Revelstoke at night. Luckily another property was available. I also struggled to get a refund from them and still haven't gotten it 2.5 months later.

Pros:

The room was very well appointed especially for the value. Great restaurant bar attached to property!

Cons:

Unfortunately hot tub was out of order. The manager went the distance to make sure she made up for that in another way.

bathroom was super clean and big.

Cons:

hot tub was marked open until 10 pm, but closed at 8 pm. The doorlock keypad wasn't working, they changed us room, but were working on fixing it at 8 am the next morning, which was next door.

Hot tub was closed on our second day. Shower in room needs a sliding door. Water flies out onto floor, poor design. Menu for café should have been in room.
