Relaxing place to stay during a long road trip.
Pros:

Great amenities, friendly staff, very clean and well designed rooms. Great shower. Comfortable beds with super pillows. Pet friendly.

An affordable motel with great staff, great accommodation and great food in attached cafe.
Pros:

Off the main intersection, quiet (trains but it is a train town). Small attached cafe is excellent. Very clean and comfortable bed/sheet set.
Lots of green space for a quiet walk.
This is my second time at this motel; I will return when in Revelstoke again.

Location, parking, and room were clean and nice!

Cons:

The check-in process could have been smoother. As I had already made the reservation, it was simple to complete on the iPad; however, the staff made me wait until they were done helping out another client even though they were not using the iPad at all - just wasn't very efficient. As well, the gate opening to the mountain view from the hot tub was locked and the staff didn't know where the key was. Overall, I felt the service to be slow and unenthusiastic.

A bit of an unusual hotel as it is a renovated motel, not bad though as it was nicely upgraded.
Pros:

Clean, modern washroom, parking availability.

Cons:

Smaller rooms than appear in pictures. Windows can’t open and AC is loud. Also, after booking our stay, hotel messaged confirming my request to help make the stay extra special as it was a special occasion trip, but they never did anything which was a bit disappointing since they’d indicated they would. Overall it was fine I guess but I wouldn’t come back per se. They also sent a ton of messages via the booking app, and email, and text which was repetitious and too much

Pros:

Clean, easy, parking outside room, dog friendly

Cons:

As a previous customer we booked again due to the fact we could go back after dinner and have a drink on the covered heated enclosed patio with our dog. The bar now closes at 8pm therefore taking this option away which was really disappointing to find out. This left many people sitting on logs socialising outside their rooms.

Nice place to stay so long as you can check in before their front desk closes at 8om.
Pros:

Room was beautifully appointed.

Cons:

We feared we were going to miss the 8pm check-in, and the on-line, late-check-in system is unusable. Phoning their "help" number did not help, and they gave me incorrect information. I wasted a half-hour trying to get through, to no avail.
