It is more of a hostel room good for bachelors.
Pros:

I like the fact that it was cheaper stay. Also, the staff were welcoming. The location is reachable from very common attractions nearby. In that regard it is great.

Cons:

I was in for a shock when I saw the room directly - It was not what is advertised. The room is pretty old and the only reason I stayed is because I travelled alone and it is only for a night. This is more of a hostel like room with very minimal setup. Also, if you are easily disturbed due to noise, please avoid it as this is in front of a mosque.

Poor service and no electricity

The electricity went down and it took 6 hours and over night sleep got interrupted

Cons:

This building is bang opposite a mosque , you will be jolted out of your bed every few hours by their loudspeakers .
The parking lot is a joke , even one car can't be parked decently

Deception at its best. Stay away
Pros:

Pretty deceiving pictures. It is in no way reflects the apartment. I finally left the apartment and stayed at a friends place as it was impossible to stay there

Location, the setup, the cleanilisess, over all a shady place.

Nothing much.

Cons:

Everything. I booked the hotel thinking it was suites but the name is misleading as the rooms are more like cramped studio rooms which felt suffocating and really overpriced. Totally not worth it.

Cons:

They asked for extra 500 per night for AC room although I booked Ac room only .Room rent was 2000 pet night but they made it 3000 asking for GST n AC charges.
