Eine schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter ruhiger Lage .
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig. Zimmer und Bad hell und gemütlich.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir unsere Fahrräder nicht unterstellen und ein Sessel im Zimmer war defekt.

Zentrumsnähe

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, die ganze Nacht war es sehr laut, das Kissen grausig. Am Sonntagmorgen stand auf der Motorhaube meines Autos eine Bratpfanne aus dem Sperrmüll. Die Treppe zu den Zimmern ist steil und schmal.

Kleines Hotel mit Herz und guter Lage
Pros:

Die herzliche Atmosphäre in dem kleinen familiären Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Unser Zimmer ging zur ruhigen Straße mit schönem Blick auf die Fachwerkhäuser der Schelfstadt.
Morgens war schon ein Tisch für uns mit einem reichhaltigem Frühstück gedeckt.
Unser Auto konnten wir auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz abstellen.
Wir waren schon das zweite Mal im „Nordlicht“ und werden wiederkommen.

Zimmer allgemein: DDR-Mischmasch, weiches Bett; Mikrofaserbettlaken; Dusche mit hohem Einstieg, schwarzen Rändern; Duschkopf enger Strahl und kaum einstellbar; auf dem WC war ich mit den Knien fast an der Tür; Preis - Leistung meine schlechteste Erfahrung in 30 Jahren Hotel und bei der Bewertung nicht erwartet. Frühstück gut, reichlich und hübsch angerichtet, aber ich hätte mir für 17,50 lieber am Büfett genommen, was ich möchte und nicht, was mir hingestellt wurde.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück, welches morgens sehr ansprechend angerichtet auf dem schön gedeckten Tisch bereit stand.
Sehr sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett.
Sehr gute Lage zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Sehr schmales Treppenhaus, könnte für ältere Menschen beschwerlich sein. Zimmereinrichtung ist eine Mischung aus modern und schon etwas älter. Bad könnte eine Renovierung/Modernisierung vertragen.
